Today I called in at 8am on a 98 degree day with three different problems with my AC. I was told the tech wouldn't be there until late afternoon. Instead, he reshuffled the appointments to take care of the close ones to save time and showed up at 10am. When Bob got to my house, he identified the problems QUICKLY and got the ac up and running. THEN he checked to make sure I was using the right filter and applied a senior discount to my total that I wasn't aware that I qualified for. I couldn't be happier. Thanks, Bob!

I can’t say enough about the service From Bob! This company is the most professional, the more importantly honest company that I’ve ever dealt with. We thought our AC was down and needed to be replaced, but it was only a fuse and not one fuse box in the house lol. There’s one of those big fuses the size of your finger by, the AC unit. Bob simply change the fuse. Did a complete inspection of the heating and AC and changed the filter.
I would give these guys 1000 star review if there was an opportunity but what a blessing. I highly recommend these guys for your HVAC needs.

Called Mike's & Sappio's Heating & Air out on the hottest day we have had this year 7-15-24 and their tech Kevin was out within the hour after hours time around 7:30 p.m. He was still able to make a joke after working in the heat all day. Had my unit going in no time. I also received a thank you and warranty policies in the mail from them. Thanks again to Kevin and the company!

Our a/c went out over the weekend in the hottest part of July. They were able to get here Monday, and we had a new a/c by Tuesday. We were able to get a couple of other estimates, but they were up to 2 weeks for the new a/c and much higher cost. Mike's and Sappio's price was great, and the warranty is excellent. Highly recommend.

My blower was doing funny things on my old furnace so I called around and got a couple of bids. Mike & Sappio's was a good value and Kevin was great to work with on the installation. It was quickly done, no mess left after install and worked flawlessly. Very happy and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Our AC unit stopped working late on a Friday afternoon in the July heat, so of course it was panic time. I called Mike's and Sappio's the next morning, and a friendly and knowledgeable woman answered the phone and made a FAST appointment for us (on SATURDAY, mid morning).

Kevin called us in a timely fashion and was prompt arriving at our home. Within minutes, he had diagnosed the issue (the fan was broken, just as my SIL had said when he looked at it). Shockingly, even though we have an older unit, Kevin had a fan in his truck that was a perfect fit for our unit, and he had it installed quickly.

Kevin was up front about the exact cost, and lo and behold when I received the written invoice, it was to a penny what he had quoted me--no added charges or surprises.

I would highly recommend Mike''s and Sappio's, and if you can, ask for Kevin! He's friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient.

I've used Mike & Sappio's for the last 20 years.
I have them check my HVAC system twice a year and on this last check they found a leak in the air conditioning coil. Kevin came back the very next day and replaced the coil at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised since I thought I was going to have to pay at least a labor charge.
I would recommend Mike & Sapio's to any one needing heat and air service.
They have always been fair in taking care of my problems.

These guys are awesome!! We had a lightening strike that fried the board in our ac. I called at 7pm and they were here within 15 minutes. Had us up and running within 30 minutes. I have used them for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. They are friendly and know their stuff. Great company!

We've had Bob out twice for an issue with our AC and with our Furnace and he was able to get us back up and going within 30 minutes each time! Can't recommend them enough to anyone!

Young intelligent whipper snapper came out and fixed my heater unit for me very knowledgeable and went above and beyond the call of duty

Heater stopped working because of bad parts. They showed up quickly and found the bad parts. Replaced and operational again. Many thanks fellows at Mike's & Sappio's Heating.

Woke up on Saturday with no air conditioning on what is the beginning of 10 days of record heat. Called 2 other companies but only got an answering service. Called Mike’s and spoke with the nicest woman. Within an hour Bob, the service tech, was on his way. He repaired, cleaned and checked coolant all within an hour and the bill was well under $300. I have found my new HVAC provider. Thank you Mike’s and Sappio’s and most of all thank you Bob! 5 stars and highly recommend!

On initial problem I called early and the service call was there within the hour. I decided on a new furnace instead of repairing an old one and it was installed the next day. Only downside was it happened on the coldest night of the year so far. Overall I'd give it an A+.
