I Contacted Andrew last night about my heater not coming on he was ready to rush out but I let him know know it could wait till morning. He came out and had me fixed up in minutes explaining what he did and if any issues let him know.

Kevin was incredibly friendly and caring. He got our furnace going again when it decided to quit working during the coldest day of the season with single digit temperatures and 4+ inches of snow on the ground. It was a pleasure meeting him and if/when we have need of another HVAC tech, we'll for sure be reaching out.

Had a furnace issue and called Mike’s & Sappios. They were straightforward, showed up when they said they would, and got the heat working again without any hassle. The tech explained what went wrong and what to watch for in the future, which I appreciated. Fair pricing, no pressure, and solid work. I’d call them again.

Highly Recommend. I had Andrew out to my house to check on my heater. It was working but had a weird issue over the last couple winters to where it wouldnt kick on every time. He was very quick, proficient and professional. He explained the issue in a way I (not mechanically minded at all) could understand. He had the issue fixed that trip. In the last 2 weeks since his visit our temps have been cold and we have not had one single issue! This has been amazing and I will definitely be calling them for any further issues.

I don't usually leave many reviews. But after dealing with other HVAC companies in the past, Mike's & Sappio's was a breath of fresh air. Went above and beyond by inspecting our AC unit as well for any potential issues. It was nice working with such a transparent and courteous company. Definitely recommend giving them a call for any of your HVAC or AC needs.
