These guys are basically the Keystone Kops of the HVAC business. Very unprofessional, backwards and stupid. They could work on their customer service skills. They also rip people off too.

Very unprofessional. Made an appt, said he would be by at a certain hour. We came home waiting, after 1 & 1/2 hours after the appt time, he called & said he was on his way over. By the time he came, it was 2+ hours late. He spent 3 minutes looking around then said "I'll call you with a quote." He NEVER DID!!!! It has been 2 months & still not a word from him. Too bad because we ended up getting new heater & A/C unit from a responsive company. We'd never do business with them or even give them another chance. Even you're super busy or whatever, at least call your customers back as promised. F-

Mike Watson and his family run business knows their stuff and have a long history in the Wichita area of quality work. I'll be continuing to call on "Watson Heating and Cooling" for any other HVAC needs I have and I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Been using them for quite some time since we moved to the area. Very happy with the service and always helpful no matter what season it is. Fixed a duct work issue others couldn’t get right. Very knowledgeable in many areas.

After using this company for years and years we have been discarded by Mike as we have had them break our a/c unit, and yes, it was fixed by them, and now our furnace, which Mike himself left us saying this will get ya by.... still waiting on replacement parts also broken by his young technician, was told parts on order, that was in October of 2019. I have called once a month sometimes twice trying to get update on said parts. No return calls. What used to be a quality service has now declined.

I had been using Mike service for a couple of years call for service was told u was being blocked by Mike and that he no longer wanted my service calls!!!! When I asked why she responded "it doesn't say, he just doesn't want to do business with you'. Which they did me a favor because then I found a much better place to do my business at. And just because you tell your customer that you fixed your techs breaking there a/c or furnace for free as you should as a business owner does not make everything ok!!! Hope you learn how to a good customer service for the sake of your company!!!!

Mike Watson has created a team of personnel who take complete pride in all they do. Corinna called to let us know Noah and Kyle were in route and when they arrived, they were both cordial and professional. Both men also placed protective covering on their footwear before entering our home. Throughout the service procedure, they both kept us informed of what they were doing and why. Service was completed and they made sure both systems were operating correctly before leaving. Watson Heating and Cooling is our service team and we recommend them to everyone.
