Austin was very helpful when our heater wasn’t functioning properly. He talked through what might be the possible issues and requested the information of our unit ahead of time so he could show up prepared with all the parts he would need. He was punctual, friendly, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Would definitely recommend using 1st Call Heating and Cooling!

When I needed to replace my 30 year old furnace, I called 1st Call Heating and Cooling. They were quick to schedule an appointment and their estimate was very fair. Mike was amazing. Our ac went out on Monday and he made time to come out same day. We ended up needing a new system and he rearranged his schedule so we would not be in this 100 degree weather without air! Great service and very professional. Thanks Mike!!

We had an issue, called and he gave advice over the phone, called the next day to check on it. By the next day my mother's AC went out and he was able to come out the same day. They were nice and professional. Also the price was very reasonable. We will be using them for our biannual checks to keep our aging units running.

My upstairs AC was failing to blow any air at all, as the outside unit continued to run. I called Mike late in the day. He advised me what to do and he and Austin were out to look at my unit the next afternoon. They also did and unscheduled tune-up on my other air conditioning unit. The problem was diagnosed
and options for a fix were given to me as well as cost. I opted for a new install given the age of my system. The next day, they were prompt and on time. No hidden costs. They went over and beyond to raise and level out my new outside unit! They did a great new system installation and will be calling on them in the future.

I finally decided to do a full upgrade on a nearly 40 year old furnace and AC system in my house. 1st Call got the full system replaced in a single day for a price that I felt was fair and less what than I had expected for a full unit replacement. Mike and Austin were helpful and prompt in answering any questions I've had and also alerted me to an issue with the gas company's equipment I hadn't been aware of before. They were very friendly and helpful and took the time to answer even my more silly questions fully and offered follow up appointments to make sure the unit is ready to go for the AC season. I am pleased with the service I've received so far and will continue to go to them for my heating and air concerns. Thanks again!

Mike said he would be at my place at 3pm and he was on time. He walked my partner and me through everything he was doing and why. He was extremely helpful and friendly and was very honest and straightforward. He didn’t try to get as much money as he could out of us and told us what costs we would be looking at for fixing the unit or replacing the unit. We have an older model combined heating and ac unit running R22 which is becoming obsolete and costs a fortune to replace, so we are looking at replacing the whole unit next year since the heating part of it still works for now. Going to ask Mike to do the replacement when the time comes.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We knew we would need a new air conditioner soon because ours has been leaking. We called them due to their great reviews and Austin came out and explained everything to us and what our options were. He did NOT push us into buying a new unit but rather explained everything so we could make our own decision including How he could fix our old unit. We decided to replace the furnace and air conditioner Austin came back out and went over everything that was included in the price. A week later Mike, Austin and Derek came to install our units. They were extremely professional and finished all in one day. They didn’t rush out even though it was after 5:30 they still stayed and explained our unit and new thermostat. They had the BEST PRICE when we called around. I recommend them to everyone and they have earned a lifetime customer from us!

I was having problems with my air conditioner and I called Mike. He responded faster than I was expecting and came out in less than an hour which really impressed me! He found that my unit fan had seized and replaced it in a short period of time. He was personable and informative. I have found a good source for all of my heating and air problems!
