When our furnace went out, we received prompt and quick service. Very knowledgeable, was able to identify and fix quickly. Very affordable and will definitely use them again.

My wife and I are renovating our basement and we had First Call replace the main air supply duct. They had the most affordable bid for the job, had the install done in one day, and the finished project looked great and met all of our needs. We will be using them again in the future.

Worked me in on a Friday afternoon when my AC stopped cooling. They replaced bad capacitor and relay. All other service companies were scheduling for following week. They are very professional and were on time as promised. I would highly recommend 1st Call Heating and Cooling for service or replacement of HVAC Equipment.

Super responsive, nice and honest! Our HVAC unit was not blowing cold air and 1st Call was able to fix the problem within an hour at a reasonable rate. We called another HVAC company the the guy said we needed a new unit for $5,500. Um, no! Ist Call charged us $400 and we now have cold air :)

We went through our home warranty company and was originally assigned someone else who we were very unhappy with. After about 4 days without heat we were finally able to get first call out and they worked really hard to get us a great deal and get our heat back up and running. Glad they did too because it was cold this week and we have a 6 mon old. So thanks first call you guys are awesome!
