Jack and Ben were we’re awesome at finding out a problem with my heater. Only problem was did not have the parts so I have to make another appointment.

I made sure that it was fixed right. He even came back to take pictures to make sure that they were getting it taken care of. Best service ever!!! Had to get supplies from Lowe’s. Met them there and they helped me choose the doorbell and cameras! Very patient with me and did a great job. Will call them anytime we might need service again!

Jack came and did a replacement on an original part that was faulty with our install on Saturday. He communicated well, cleaned up and updated when complete. We appreciated it.

I had an issue with my furnace for the 2nd time in two months and Adam came out and found the problem. He was extremely personable and made it fun to learn what was happening with our heat exchanger and noticed our filter needed to be changed and left to pick one up, came back and replaced that along with showing us how to bypass the error message if it happened again. However, even though it was fun to learn new things, the replacement of our heat exchanger wasn’t fun to hear. But he thoroughly explained the issue and it cost a whole lot less than replacing the entire furnace. I sure hope Adam comes back when the part comes in because he’s too much fun but extremely knowledgeable!

Dillon was here today to work on my heater issues. He was very friendly and knowledgeable at his job. He explained things to me that was easy to understand which I really appreciated. Fahnestock is fortunate to have him as an employee. I was very happy with his services!!

Great service! They not only explain the process they follow up to make sure everything is good. Had my 1yr follow-up today and they again went through everything to make sure it’s all running good. Highly recommend this company. Our new HVAC system is great!

Jack was extremely friendly and professional in his checkup of our furnace equipment. He advised along the way of finding no problems. I give a top review for excellent work . Most of this service call should part of our regular fees during this year for routine maintenance . Not received a separate invoice, if any, for today’s work, but I expect it to be reasonable.
