We called Action Heating And Cooling at 11pm and were serviced by 9am the next morning because our heater had broken during a very cold spell. John did a great job very nice and professional and even dealt with my annoying dogs and child. Had us up and running with heat again in no time! 10/10 for the company and John. Will definitely be calling back if we ever need help again!

Glad I found this company. My heater went out late at night. Called the next morning and Clayton got here with in a couple hours of my call. He got it fixed a quickly as possible and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be sure to let anyone know who to use from now on.

Worst experience with a contractor I have ever had. The first day the tech wss so frustrated about not being able to figure out what was wrong with our AC he was about to walk out without saying anything. I stopped him and asked him what was going on. He spouted he didn't know and would send his boss the next morning. The next "Afternoon" came and I had not heard anything. I texted the tech several times asking when his boss would be there but no answer, so I called the office number and it was forwarded to one of the owners cell phones and he couldn't even find my name anywhere, kept questioning rather I called the right place or was I mistaken about who was in my house, I told him I was certain and even received an invoice via email the night before for 180. Finally after going back and forth between both owners they found me and sent a different tech. He diagnosed it and said they had to wait to get parts on Monday. He came Monday and said he got it running and was going to leave when I felt the register and there was barely any air coming out. At first he didn't believe me, said everything was fine, until I insisted. He finally agreed. After checking it again he had to go get another part. Finally it wss running properly. Fortunately the parts were under warranty so he charged me 250 labor for the entire ordeal, I paid it right there. I received a receipt but not the invoice which I needed for insurance purposes, so I emailed them two different times with no response. I had given up on them when a few weeks later somebody totally different called and was trying to collect the original (and only) invoice I ever received. Of course I was once again very upset. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY FAR AWAY!!

Action heating and cooling came out to my house today and had my AC fixed very quickly their guy was very friendly and got things fixed. Best part it didn't cost an outrageous amount.

Jack with Action Heating and Cooling came out to diagnose my A/C issue immediately after calling, and then made multiple trips after normal business hours to make sure our A/C got back up and running correctly and as quick as possible, while educating us on how to better take care of our AC and need less service in the future. He made us feel like a top priority with his response time and dedication. Warm and sincere customer service is hard to find anymore and Jack helped make us feel like more than just a payday. Came home after a 14 hour work day to the heater being out while 8° outside. Called and had a technician to my house within an hour! Clayton was fantastic! The service was impeccable, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Had the house warming back up in no time and I couldn't be more appreciative. I truly can't say enough good things about this company especially when I was in such a pinch. Thank you! And I WILL be returning for future service!

Action is fantastic! They came out, serviced, and checked my system - answered all my questions in a fast, professional manner. Additionally, when my conditioner decided to quit on me a month later, they sorted it within 15 minutes. These guys are pros and I won't use anyone else in wichita!

After an exhaustive search I selected Action Heating and Cooling to replace my 16-year-old 4-ton dual fuel heat pump system.

I had some particular technical requirements in that I wanted HVAC best practices followed during the installation. Owners Jack and Justin were both easy to work with during the bidding and consultation process. There was no fuss or push back, and there were no high-pressure sales tactics.

Brandon and Gavin were the techs dispatched to do my installation. I found both knowledgeable and genuinely interested in doing a good job. They were also personable and easy to get along with. The work site was kept and organized, and the job was kept moving along despite not having their usual work truck that day. They answered all my questions.

I also want to give a shout out to Erin in the office who has been jumping through the hoops to get my Evergy rebate filed.

It's only been a few weeks, but the system is functioning flawlessly so far. I would not hesitate to use these folks again.

John was great. After having a sewer flood he came and cleaned our system up good as new!

This company was terrible until John showed up. He was amazing. Other HVAC companies should come steal him. He was very helpful. I would recommend him, not this company.

My water heater quit working on Friday, and I was able to get it replaced on Saturday. Great knowledgeable service, and done quickly with Tom. I will definitely recommend them and be using them again. Good warranty, and a great product - I got a Bradford White water heater.

I wish I could give more starts! Amazing customer service! We had a replacement about two weeks ago and had something come up today. They came out right away and got it all fixed up. This will be my go to and recommended place for all HVAC needs from now on!! Reasonable pricing and great service, rare today. This place is a true gem!

I highly recommend this company! They are professionals, kind, and know what they are doing! My tech John came over and solved my heating problem in less than a half hour. He knew exactly what was wrong with my thermostat and the lack of heat coming out. He is an awesome tech!! And they were very reasonable with their prices! I called because my AC went out. One tech came out and immediately identified my problem. Shortly after, two electrical technicians came out. They really impressed me with thier knowledge and skill. Not only do they know how to talk it, but they definitely display it and perform accordingly. Very knowledgeable, very skilled, and because of that, they earned me as a customer. I recommend thier service to anyone.

From setting the appointment to the follow up after the appointment the service was great! I set an appointment for my grandma because I wanted someone who would take care of her and not bullshit her. My grandmother complimented how kind of a young man Michael was and that even her dog liked him. lol
I felt great knowing she was taken care of! Michael followed up with me after the appointment and went over everything. This is our first and definitely not last encounter with Action Heating and Cooling!

Clayton did a wonderful job of installing a mini-split unit in my bonus room over the garage. Very friendly and explained everything thoroughly.
