This company has been the best hvac company to work with so far. Fast, honest and knowledgeable. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

The whole crew installed a brand new HVAC system at my home today. I had been working with Colten on what would best suit my house needs, and he gave me a list of options, explaining the efficiency, price, and value of each one. I chose a heat pump option which will vastly improve my energy efficiency. Crockett Heating & Air is top-notch. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. I give them my highest recommendation.

Im just adding another review as these people truly went above and beyond!! three exceptionally professional technicians came over my house in Newton, which is about a 30-minute drive from their Wichita location. They came equipped with advanced devices to follow up and check on my AC system and performance!!
I was pleasantly surprised that this service was provided completely free of charge!!! no i really cant recommend this company enough ... please try em out if you are looking for a super high quality of service.

Called about a condenser motor. Very helpful service. Stopped in 6 or 7 hours later and he remembered my call and part number. Ended up not needing a motor but just a capacitor for 30 bucks... happy and highly recommend this place.

SO very grateful for Moody!!! Last week our A/C stopped working just before bedtime (between two over 100° days.) Our house warmed up quickly! I asked our son for his recommendation and he said call Moody. The next morning I called as soon as they opened and they said they could have a tech out in about 2 hours. WOW, I was not expecting that. In just less than 2 hours, William arrived to save the day. He was friendly, professional, confident and proficient. I also loved his suspenders. He checked the lesser possibilities first to save time and money. Ultimately he replaced the motor and the outside capacitor and was still out the door in an hour. I couldn't have been more grateful! Do not hesitate to call Moody for your HVAC needs!!

Both technicians have been very nice to work with. They have kept me informed through the process of repairing my unit and estimated timeline for parts and warranty. They were polite and had the courtesy of using foot coverings on our light colored carpet. I have been pleased with the service I have received.

Came out same day I called and did such a thorough job getting my a/c unit back in working order! Professional and a great experience (and price). Another local HVAC company did a complete install of a new system for my home two summers ago. Last Wednesday the blower fan motor failed. I called the company that did my install on Thursday morning to schedule a repair. They told me the earliest they could get to me was on July 8th. Keep in mind they did my install in the summer months, and I was quoted with job complete in 2 days. This tells me that they are more concerned about the $12,000 new install than they are about taking care of existing customers with HVAC issues. My next phone call was to Moody Heating & Air. Moody had a technician to my house on the same day I called them, actually within an hour of when I called them. They diagnosed the issue, and immediately put a warranty claim in with Lennox for the new fan motor. The motor had to be ordered through Lennox, but they put it on priority status. I was told that it would arrive on 07/02, but thankfully I received a phone call from Moody in the morning on 07/01, letting me know the motor had arrived. Again, the technician was out within an hour. He had the new motor installed in under 30 minutes, and blowing cold air. I can't say enough about the experience we had with Moody. Having your a/c out in the middle of the summer is tough, especially when you invested thousands of dollars two years ago on a new system with another well known local company. Tough pill to swallow. I'm extremely thankful to the staff at Moody for putting a priority on our repair. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Thank you to everyone at Moody that helped get me back up and running in short order.
