These folks are the real deal!! Professional in everyway and they don't give you the runaround. They worked on our older unit with no pressure to purchase new and the Son of the owner is extremely professional with his excellent crew. When we do replace our older unit it will be with Crockett Heating & Air!!!!!

Came to check out an odor problem. I was only charge for service fee to come to my house. Didn't try to charge me for something that wasn't a problem like some companies would. Explanation was in layman terms. Would refer all my friends and family. Will definitely use again. Trustworthy company.

The owners son came out late right before a holiday and helped us fix our heating issue when nobody else would. He was very knowledgeable and personable and explained everything in layman’s terms and was upfront about the costs. Even gave us partial solutions until the part we needed came in. Was also very accommodating to our elderly dog. Will be using Crockett from now on. Excellent company with excellent people.

We had our entire central unit replaced. The owner gave us several options for replacement units. The knowledgeable technicians had to make a few modifications to our 27yr old duct work but had us back up & chilling in no time. We will use them again. Highly recommend!!!

These guys came out and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. It was a simple fix, but they had it diagnosed within minutes. They cared about our place and took their boots off when entering and made sure to not track anything in. Great job guys customer earned

Quick service. Thought the two installers had left after the new installation was complete, but found them still on site vacuuming the concrete OUTSIDE!?!? Talk about taking job ownership!! Small company, so they are clearly able take pride in what they do. 10/10 highly recommended. Well done!

I called this company out to look at my ac unit as I knew it had a leak. When the two techs showed up, I was told that they had to fill it with refrigerant in order to find the leak. He also said they could use nitrogen, but did not have any with him. After putting 3.5 pounds in, I stopped them and asked if that was enough. I was told yes and they were able to find the leak, but were going to need to order the part and gave me a quote of nearly $2200.00 to replace a $120.00 part. I then asked about recovering the refrigerant and was told that they had forgotten the recovery tank, and there was nothing they could do. Then while one was writing up the bill/invoice of $873.60 for a non working unit, the other tech went upstairs and took a dump in my son's bathroom. I called the owner to share my frustration only to be told there was nothing he could do. So instead, this company knowingly let r22 refrigerant leak into the air, collected their money, and down the road they went to scam another customer.. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. BTW I had another company out to fix it, and they charged $900.00 and I supplied a 10 pound bottle of r22 that cost me $200.00 of the internet. What a rip off!! Consumer beware of con artists!!

This is an amazing company! They have a yearly contract where they come out and make sure everything is in working order, and check things. Then they tell you if they find anything wrong, and give you 10% off to repair things. This is a very trustworthy and honest company. They send reminders of when they are coming and even offer the ability to track them to know exactly when they will arrive. I am beyond impressed and 100% recommend!

Our experience with Crockett was absolutely incredible in today’s world!! I called at 8 o’clock on July 3. The phone was answered properly by the owner of the company, which is also amazing. He promised someone would be here in about 3 hours and they were. Keaton did a fantastic job of analyzing the problem and having it fixed in less then 1 hour.
