My heat went out on a very cold night. Our houses was freezing. I called Fenix when they opened at 8 the next morning and Tyler was at my house diagnosing and fixing the problem by 10 am. We have 3 young kids and their speedy service and quick work was a savior!

I had the whole HVAC system replaced a couple of days ago and so far I'm loving the new system. The airflow from the registers throughout the house is noticeably stronger!! This Lennox system relaced an old Concord system that was 21 years old. The Concord AC died completely but the furnace still worked. I thought it best to replace everything. Damien and Hunter were extremely professional as well as friendly. Completed the install in about 5.5 hours. B. Scott
