I would definitely recommend Dan's Heating and Cooling for any heating & A/C repair. They did amazing job in figuring out why my Son's heater was not working and was able to get it fixed when other companies told him he needed a new one. Everyone that worked with us were amazing! We are especially happy with the whole project of installing a new Furnace and air condition. from the start of my call Ginny was very pleasent to listen to my our problems. she set up an appt and had someone come out look at the old one explain what was wrong and give us our options. There was no pressure to purchase a new system. The installation. went very smooth. During the time we had to wait Earl was very nice to hook up are old one so we had heat. My wife and I felt the whole job went very professional.

I Have been with Dan's H&C for 10 years now. Their original install and service is what keeps me coming back to them. They undersized (accidentally) one of the AC units( I had 2 units replaced), but came back out and installed a larger one completely at their cost(labor and materials), I call that great customer services, and the reason I have stayed with them these last 10 years to do the annual maintenance. Service like that needs patronage. Every Summer and Winter their technicians that come out are amazing and keep earning my patronage to stay with them

Mike Hall was the technician that came out this winter. He was very pleasant, courteous, diligent, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained what he was doing to the furnace and why they do it. He even took a few pics of the heat exchanger tubes to show me what they looked like. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable that the furnace is in good shape and ready for this winter.

I would highly recommend Dan's to anyone (and have). They keep earning my business with their fantastic customer support.

Awesome experience start to finish! Met 5 of Dan’s finest throughout the process, every one of them friendly and professional. Our new unit is lovely, we were given instructions about everything, they left their workspace cleaner than when they entered! Reasonable price! What more could you ask? Highly recommend!!!

Dan’s was amazing to work with, especially after I had a TERRIBLE experience with Ball. They came out several times to take care of my furnace—and my anxiety about being without heat before the storm—and to actually fix issues Ball claimed were repaired but weren’t. Every interaction was great, from the office staff I spoke with on the phone to both technicians (Glenn and Connor) who came out over the course of a couple days (including and after hours call). One of the techs was very young, which initially gave me pause, but he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this company!!

Craig with Dan’s Heating & Cooling was outstanding.

We have a home with radiators, and Craig was extremely knowledgeable about the system and took the time to explain the entire process in a way that was easy to understand. He was thorough, professional, and clearly very experienced.

Most importantly, he was able to identify and explain a root cause issue that another company was unable to find. With over 35 years of experience, it truly shows in the quality of his work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Craig and Dan’s Heating & Cooling to anyone, especially those with older or radiator-based systems.

These guys were great, very knowledgeable sales team, listened to what I needed / wanted, then came back with solution to accomplish that based on my house. Understood this is a big purchase, felt like they were partnering with me, not pushing a sale. When the install guys came out, very professional making sure a clean and complete install, explained it all and walked through it all. Definitely know I made the right decision using them, from the first call to the completed install, they went above and beyond, highly recommend!!

Dan's did an amazing job! They replaced our 30+ year old ac and heater. It's efficient, quiet and over all looks better. I can tell the temperature in the house is even. They were quick friendly and professional. I am very happy over all with the work they have done. I would highly recommend them. They were also the most cost freidnly qoute we received. My parent have used them to replace their system and my brothers in laws also used them. We all agree that there work speaks for itself. I am a very happy customer indeed!

1st, they gave a very competitive estimate,
2nd, they were willing to accept leaving installed a fairly new Rheem furnace after they closely inspected it.
3rd, they added needed hardware (plenum) at no extra cost.
4th they thoroughly tested the installation.
5th they returned on 2nd call to meet inspector to certify install.

All of this saved us a lot of money over next closest bid.

Tyler took extra time to assess the situation and provided an explanation of why the ac is struggling causing the electric bill to be high. I appreciate his honesty and his knowledge of the ac system.

Just had our fall maintenance done by Maddix. He was polite, courteous and efficient. Would recommend to anyone needing service and /or maintenance to their heat and cooling systems.

Maddix performed our fall maintenance and check up. He was very courteous, efficient and friendly. Our propane tank has a problem that he diagnosed and told us what needs to be done, which we greatly appreciated. He’s a great technician!

Fenix is my go to company for Heating and Cooling. I had no A/C Saturday evening, one of the hottest days of the year. Cody called back promptly and was able to come out within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and had me up and running after thoroughly checking everything out. I've never had the same technician twice over the years, but they have all been outstanding. I feel they are a well run, honest company with great employees who treat their customers well.
