They did an excellent job installing the new furnace, AC and new dryer vent. Earl also did a great job with his recommendations on what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be done.

Dan’s Heating and Cooling put my new HVAC system about a year ago and now I have them do the yearly maintenance on that system. They are professional, honest and very respectful. Today I had Connor as my technician for the fall furnace check. He was prompt and went over everything he was doing. I will continue to be their customer.

We have lived here 6 years. Changed HVAC company to Dan's after our previous one's techs were sub-par. Mike with Dan's is very thorough. In maintaining our systems this year, he found some work by the previous company not done correctly and corrected it. We are very pleased with their service. We are on their annual maintenance contract.

Had an amazing experience with Dan's. I had a technician with another company that gave me some very bad news about my ac but I called Dan's for a second opinion because something just didn't make sense. The technician came out and tested my ac and the issue was a simple fix and he had me back and going within an hour. The guy was a total encyclopedia of facts about my system and pointed out many quirks I had no idea about. Dan's Heating and Cooling is amazing!

Dan's installed my new heater and air conditioner last year. My old heat pump could never keep up with the cold winter or hot summer. My new Trane from Dan's is always on temp. Last week, I had trouble with a blown fuse. Dan's took care of it quickly and effectively. I appreciate working with their staff. Great customer service and I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Heard they have a plumbing service now so will be calling them for that as well.

The able to take my old Coleman furnace out and wiggle the new in with some creative adjustments. Cleaned up after themselves and so respectful. Did not mind if I watch them. Very, very good at there job.

I called this morning for a service appointment after waiting for my warranty company 5 days to come out and service my HVAC. Ms. Rebecca was very kind and acknowledgeable about my equipment warranty and was able to get me scheduled this afternoon. Craig, the technician came out and his customer service was absolutely impeccable. He diagnosed my problem quickly and my house is cooling and comfortable again. This company will be my new go to HVAC company. Thank you both for being amazing.

I'm so beyond happy with the service and care I've received from James, my technician. I have a very finicky (new and expensive) heat pump and he was able to come out and help get it evened out for us. He even called this morning checking on things and said he'd been researching the system a bit more on his own personal time. He offered more solutions if, in the future, the system wasn't keeping up. That shows the level of care for the customer and I truly appreciate him for it.

Could not be happier with Dan’s Heating and Air. James was very knowledgeable and had our system running very quickly. The best praise I can give this company is they are honest. You can’t go wrong with a company that is honest.

We called Dan’s Heating & Cooling because they have taken care of us before. All of a sudden our furnace
wouldn’t kick on. Conner came out today (Saturday) when it’s super cold and fixed us up. We appreciate the quick service and the professionalism.

Had a new system installed back in August, and I’m very glad I chose Dan’s to get the job done. Friendly, professional, and it seemed like they really enjoyed the work. Mike Ferland came out on a service call recently to answer a couple questions and was a huge help.

This morning, around 2am, our heating system was struggling. The temperature inside was getting colder. 🥶 Dan’s Heating & Cooling came by around 11am. Our tech was very polite and professional. He checked our system out and made sure everything was running great! We will definitely call Dan’s Heating & Cooling again, for any future issues.

Conner came out to do our bi yearly system check up. Very courteous and neat. Made quick work of it, and had everything needed on his truck. Would definitely recommend.

Our AC died during the night and we called Dan’s the next morning asking for an estimate of a new system. They sent Earl to our house that afternoon. Earl was concerned first and foremost about us, not whether or not he could sell us something. He first attempted to fix the old unit so we could have some cool air. Despite all his efforts, it was not possible. The unit was 22 years old and dead. Earl then showed us several options for systems. We had determined the heating system was over 30 years old and we would replace everything with the newer systems. Earl explained the benefits of the systems in an easy to understand manner. He was not high pressure in any way. We told him we have some other appointments coming to give us bids. He said, as well you should. If you have any questions after meeting with your other appointments, I will be happy to help you. After the other appointments, we knew we wanted Dan’s to provide our new units. We really liked the idea behind the newer technology and the price was very reasonable. A few days later, Juan, Joe and Jason came out to install the units. Because we had an appointment we needed to be at, they came at 7:45 am just to help us! We felt very comfortable leaving them alone in our house. They worked all day until everything was installed and running to their satisfaction as well as ours. They even took extra steps to rearrange pipes and gas lines near the heating unit in order to give everything a much cleaner look and more efficient operation. We offered to write this review, Dan’s never asked us for a review. They also have a great service plan we plan to utilize. We will only use Dan’s Heating and Cooling for our heating and cooling needs.
UPDATE: May 11, 2022 we purchased the service plan and Randy came out today to service our units. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. He also informed me of everything he did and all the checks he put our system through. The system has worked great last summer and this past winter. It’s all serviced now and ready for another summer. Randy did a great job and we highly recommend Dan’s Heating and Cooling.

Update June 10, 2025
Our system suddenly stopped working yesterday afternoon. I called Dan’s and they informed me because we have a maintenance contract with them, we will receive priority service - meaning they will get someone out immediately. Mike came out, diagnosed the problem which was a thermostat that stopped working. He didn’t have the right one on his truck but he did have one that would work and get us through the night. He installed it and everything worked perfectly. He told us either he or someone else will come out today with the correct thermostat. Craig came out this afternoon,installed the new thermostat and programmed it for us. Everything works fine now. Both guys were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Once again I give 5 stars to them and to Dan’s Heating g and Cooling. Thank you for helping us.

I have never witnessed such a display of professionalism. Trustworthy, top of their game. They new I needed help fast. They took care of me. Found me the best deal for my house. Install went so smooth. It was a pleasure watching them work. I will never go anywhere else for heating and cooling. They took the time to make sure everything was working correctly, and they cleaned up beautifully before they left. I am a very happy customer.

Dan's Heating & Cooling did a great job installing our new HVAC system in our home. They came highly recommended by Phil Hamilton Heating & Air, who does our HVAC servicing. Earl from Dan's came out checked out our home then emailed us a estimate of what types HVAC system he recommended for our home. Earl was very informative and was able to answer all our questions. We asked our regular HVAC guy from Phil Hamilton his opinion on the bid and for a little bit more we went with a six stage air conditioner and a 2 stage furnace. I can tell you for only having the new AC going for a few days, there's a big difference. This new unit really pulls out the humidity in the house and I'm sleeping better. The installation team of Sam & Trevor did am excellent job. They got both units up and running just under 8 hours! Both were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained all the facets about our new system to us. Not to mention we got rebates from Evergy & Trane. I highly recommend if you're in the market for a new HVAC system, you give Dan's Heating & Cooling an opportunity to earn your business. You won't be disappointed!

I'm finally warm again! The thermostat for the furnace went out last after midnight. Man was it cold!!! Dan's Heating and Cooling, came out around noon and got me fixed up. I'm thrilled, they really did a good job. The repair didn't cost an arm and a leg to fix a wire in the thermostat. I'm glad I have a maintenance contract with Dan's Heating and Cooling, totally worth it!

Chris arrived after calling first, placing a humidifier on our furnace, this required some extra labor with no extra charge, the job was finished quickly with a professional flair, gentle bends in pipes, nice sweeps in wiring, clamps and straps evenly spaced and away from bends. The little extras that give Dan’s a good reputation, Earl listened, advised and was knowledgeable of his product, and straight with his bid, Sondra in the office was friendly and helpful when calling in.
