Gil did our Spring HVAC check this morning. He was on time, friendly and efficient. He did his job here and was on his way promptly to the second house we own to check it, too.

Gil was a pleasure to have checking my AC. He did a great job and went the extra mile to help prevent future problems. I hope he will continue to service my furnace and air conditioner. I give him the highest recommendation that can be given. Thank you for having such great employees.

When our air conditioner was no longer keeping up with the hot August weather, we were able to quickly have someone come check our unit out. Gabe was very knowledgeable and professional. When it was determined that we needed a new unit, Roth was able to offer some different financing options so we could find one that met our budget needs.

Gil got here quickly and diagnosed the AC issue almost immediately. Fixed it and then checked out the rest of the old system to make sure it was performing at it’s potential. Very fair price for the parts and labor.

Had issues of circuit breaker tripping. Called Roth for same day service. My technician Gil arrived on time and found him courteous, professional and most importantly knowledgeable in his diagnostic abilities. Had me up and running in no time. Kobe managed to update and repair my thermostat installation within 15 minutes. Very nice young man and excellent service!

Randy was kind enough to come out and service our 20 year old unit, not once but twice. The first time he came out he didn't leave until he diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and the second time he came out he welded in a filter to hopefully prevent this problem in the future, and gave us a quote on a new unit. We just need to save up and we'll be calling them out again for a new HVAC unit installation in the spring.

LOVE Roth Heating & Air!!! We've been customers for years. A/C went out today and they not only got a tech out, but got it done in the morning of the call. Plus Gil was super! Very professional and quick to get the house cool again. Roth is the ONLY place I call for HVAC issues!

I recommend Highly, less then 45-minute response time. Tim was very patient, thorough and professional explaining to me what the problem was, he had it figured out in probably less than 10 minutes. He even answered my questions about the parts that were not part of the problem.
Tim is very knowable.
