After all the problems with my mini split system, I decided to replace it. I knew I wanted a Mitsubishi this time, but also knew I couldn't possibly afford one. I decided to give Roth a try because the company and I have been neighbors for probably 40 years now. Joe came over on Monday afternoon, said he understood I wanted a Mitsubishi, but didn't think I could afford one. He called the distributor, worked out a deal and got me one for a heck of a good price. It was a little higher than the max I wanted to pay for a new system, but well below what I expected to pay for Mitsubishi. They did have other respected brands in my desired price range, but for a little more the Mitsubishi was a no brainer.Two days later the crew arrived and installed the system.They were polite, friendly young men. I was satisfied with installation of my previous mini split, but the difference in this installation was like night and day! The old one on the plastic mount was gradually sinking and I was going to have to have it raised soon.Roth brought a large, thick cement slab, mounted the unit on large rubber feet and heavy duty metal legs. It's not going anywhere! They also put a decorative cover on the line sets. which I didn't have with the previous system. It'll take awhile to get a complete opinion on the unit itself, but I'm not reviewing the system, I'm reviewing Roth. Professional, courteous, competent, thorough and friendly. The owner was out the next day to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. Nice labor warranty, I couldn't be more pleased! Just sayin.

I had a great experience with this group. Mike 5.0 was my technician and was super helpful. He was friendly and helped solve the issue my system pretty quick. He was great at explaining things as he went to.

My 21 year old AC failed. I called out three of the highest rated companies in Wichita to get quotes. Dan's quote was by far the best deal. The guys came over and installed everything in about 5 hours. The bill was exactly what Earl (salesguy) quoted me to the penny. No BS. Just a great price and great service.

Had a regularly scheduled Heating Maintenance visit from Dan's Heating and Cooling. Connor, my technician, was on time, let me know that he was on his way, and was very pleasant and professional. Very happy with the service.

I had a new heating and air conditioning system put in last year and with this heat wave in the middle of the night it clicked off the fuse blue I called them in the middle of the night they had a technician out here before noon he went right to work in 20 minutes the cool air was flowing really appreciate him and I appreciate your company thank you so much and I referred my neighbor to you she had you guys come out and do work for her also thank you thank you again. My unit was still on warranty.

Dans crew did a great job, on time, good communication and high quality workmanship. They were very detail oriented, taking care of minor things not specifically in the contract, like cleaning, re-routing of lines, testing and repairing the humidifier.

This old 1963 home was on its last leg with an inefficient 1990’s heating and air systems. I knew it would be a challenge for the technicians, but Trevor and Kyle worked effortlessly together as a TEAM to ensure everything was done professionally and to my satisfaction. These two techs are beyond exceptional. Earl, sales consultant, was very knowledgeable and experienced. I’m a list maker and had lots of questions. Earl set my mind at ease knowing this was a big decision for me, and I was on a mission to get the best of everything and stay within my proposed budget. It’s not all about price, it’s about reputation, customer service, professional staff, reputable quality systems...the list goes on! No hidden costs, what I was quoted was what I paid. Excellent parts and labor warranties in addition to an affordable and “peace of mind” service maintenance agreement. I could write a book about my experience with Dan’s! Everyone at Dan’s is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Dan’s for all your hvac needs. They’re the best👍.

Dan’s replaced our 40 year old air conditioner with a new Trane heat pump. The work was immaculate and their after installation education was excellent. They have great guys working for them. We’re calling them for our future HVAC needs.

I would like to share an Update for the Trane HVAC system that I had put in back in June last year. Installation was Great and the AC worked flawless. I had an issue with my furnace and Dan's service rep. and technician stepped in and took care of my problem. They went over and above the call of duty. That's how you know how good the company really is, when something goes wrong, how do they respond? Thank you Junior and Mike for stepping up. Again, highly recommended.
