I called around this morning to different AC companies to have someone to come out to check my AC and no one could come to check it out until Thursday or Friday or Monday and I called Crockett heating and air they said that they could have someone here today and I said put me on the list and it was about an hour later and Keaton Crockett called and said he was on his way and he arrived and he cleaned the unit and he was very polite and he charged me a decent price and I will call Crockett Heating and Air from now on to have them work on my Heating and Air Conditioning, thank you Keaton it is already getting cooler in here.

Colton Crockett arrived and diagnosed/repaired my AC unit issue within an hour. Very pleased with his professional/personal performance. We will definitely be calling them again for service in the future.

Called Crockett Heating & Air to diagnose and repair my mother's AC unit that wasn't operating correctly. Colton and Carter arrived on time and provided a very thorough inspection, diagnosis and repair of the unit. Colton was very patient with my questions about the process and explained what he was doing in terms that a non HVAC trained person could easily understand. I can't say enough good things about these two young men and their work ethic and operational experience! I would recommend this company over and over! Would give them 10 stars if that was an option!

Jim and i really liked dealing with this business. They provided comparative bids so we could make an informed choice and made us aware of the advantages of each including rebates that we might qualify for. They were in and out in one day and all of them were very respectful in how they treated our home; taking off shoes to minimize soiling our carpets and keeping us apprised of their progress throughout the day. Would highly recommend Crockett Heating & Air to anyone needing a repair or upgrade!!!!

Woke up to my Nest informing me that my furnace was shutting down before it was able to get to my desired temperature. Called Crockett and they were able to come out that day! The technicians were very professional and kept me informed about the job. They also gave me good advice on how to keep my furnace running smoothly. Thank you Carter, Keaton, and Colton. I would recommend Crockett. It took a few parts swapping and longer than expected to troubleshoot but the guys were persistent. They figured it out. The guys had incredible teamwork. They were very professional, courteous, and hard working. I didn't expect to pay as much as I did but I understand the investigation and troubleshooting that the guys had to go through and it's well worth it. I will be inquiring maintenance/service for my A/C and furnace in the future.

Called after hours when I noticed our furnace wasn't running. They were 5 miles out and were here within 20 minutes. They got us fixed up to get through the night and will be back once they get the part in. Very friendly, and very understanding. Great customer service!
