All I can say is wow! This company is amazing and came to my aid just the nick of time! I have a mini split and one of the fuses was bad after five o'clock on a friday. My mom’s been using Moody since the ‘90s, and they didn’t disappoint when my AC compressor went out. Very communicative, and the techs, John and Austin, were professional and welcomed me hovering around and asking questions. They inspected everything once the repair was done and offered pointers. They’ve been back out twice to recalibrate, adjust the refrigerant level and clean the unit in light of the weather changes.

Moody has done work for us a couple of times and we have been very pleased with the speed of getting someone out and the work their staff does. Eldon was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Will for sure use them again.

Austin was quick through and got right to the problem and fixed it. He took the time necessary to go over everything again and make sure my air conditioning unit was functioning at its best. His work and professional attitude was much appreciated!

Great customer service from the first phone call to our technician Eldon who arrived early and explained everything that we needed. He got our AC working quickly and cost effectively. Was very knowledgeable on how our type of thermostat and made some suggestions for a better one.

This business is all about the customer! Wish all businesses were like Moody. They are so professional. Calling the customer back in a timely matter and sending out knowledgeable friendly people fast will be the reason I will always call Moody if my heating or air conditioning units need attention.
