GREAT JOB! Initially called Action Heating and Cooling on Sunday night when the AC stopped working.... we walked through a few steps and they were out there first thing Monday morning. The technician was very friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation! Very Happy with the results!

I’d like to give more than five stars! They saved my bacon and came and fixed my AC for $100 same day instead of a $2000 estimate and three day wait from another company. I could have easily suffered and lost business (business in my home) if I had gone with the other company! Thank you Action!!!

What you don't see is they offer plumbing services as well. We had a really bad sewer problem a friend told me to call them. I was skeptical at first. Called them, they came out not only did they fix my problem that MANY other companies couldn't. They had A+ customer service everything was very up front with nothing hidden. I will always recommend. Andrew did an awesome job estimating exactly what it would cost and was very up front with what was happening during tge service. Thanks so much Action!

Brandon Service Technician came out today Sunday August 08/17/2025 and diagnosed our problem to get our AC up and running quickly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Hats off to a company that has employees who are experts in their Jo’s experience!! That’s the kind of companies you want to call for service.

I had heard about these guys from a friend who had used them. They showed up on time, were conscientious working around our office staff & did a terrific job installing the new HVAC system. Jack & Justin Gibbons really know their stuff! I would highly recommend to anyone needing a new system!

A friend recommended Action Heating & Cooling to me after our current provider told us we had to wait until Monday. But when you have no A/C you find someone who will come out. They sent Michael, he was extremely polite and professional. He had the problem diagnosed in 20 min. UNFORTUNATELY for me the news not so good, but Michael gave us hope for getting it fixed. I would recommend Action Heating & Cooling for all your HVAC and plumbing needs.

I am so thankful for Jack. As a first time home owner, having things fall apart is quite scary. My heater went out at night, with the lows in the teens, and he was out first thing in the morning, making my house a priority in his already busy winter schedule. I couldn’t be more thankful!!

John did a really good job and explained everything he was doing. I learned a lot from his visit and even though it took 6ish hours to figure out what was wrong with my heater I was only charged for 2 hours of labor and a new heat sensor switch

I had Action Heating and Cooling come out to check on a leak over the weekend. They came out right away and informed us we had to get a new AC. They worked with us and came out on Monday to put in a whole new system! Gavin and Jerry were very polite, got to work, put everything in and cleaned up afterwards. These guys were awesome.

Had a total furnace and a/c replacement this morning by Gavin and Jerry. These guys are awesome!!! Both very sweet and fast! They were in and out in about 3 hrs. Price was very affordable. I have highly recommended this company to friends and family!!

What a great job they did on my furnace. Fixed the problem quickly and then took care of my water heater. All done after hours and after their Christmas dinner. Very good service and fair price. Thank you Justin.
