I have used Midwest Mechanical for many years. Having recently purchased a new Hvac. from them and having a few bugs to work out they have been to my house nearly every day to solve my issues. I love Midwest Mechanical!. Shon and his crew of excellent technicians have been taking care of my 30 year old HVAC system since I moved into my home. I get the annual service agreement and Lee comes to service the Heating & AC each year. Any upgrades or repairs have all been reasonably priced an perfectly completed. Now that I'm aware they also do plumbing, they will be my go to team for any plumbing related needs!!!

Our AC stopped working over the weekend, but we didn't notice until Monday evening. Called Tuesday morning for an appointment and got a tech at 2 that same day. Our technician, Lee, was our tech two years prior for another issue, and he was still fantastic to interact with. Highly recommend using Midwest Mechanical for any HVAC needs.

we can’t say enough good things about Shon and his team. they installed a whole new HVAC system for us right after we moved in and they were so good. i had some concerns just a couple weeks later and they were able to fit us in. their customer service, efficiency and speediness of getting you in is top line.

This past week I had Midwest Mechanical come to do the Fall furnace checkup. The technician, Lee, arrived when scheduled and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He replaced the filters in the humidifier and the furnace. He checked the system to make sure everything was working properly.
He was very friendly and informative. I had Midwest Mechanical put in my HVAC system a few years ago and have been so happy with the service I have received. Highly recommend Midwest Mechanical! 😀

Heater quit about 4:00 AM, house was down to 48 degrees and 3 degrees outside. Called Midwest Mechanical and they contacted me back within 30 minutes, gave me an arrival time and identified the technician. They responded with two techs and two trucks and did exceptional work. Replaced a melted regulator and we were in business. It was a Saturday with a service fee but would still beat a plumbing freezing repair. Highly recommend them.

Midwest Mechanical has been our go to for all furnace and AC maintenance since we moved to Kansas a year and a half ago! Lee (our technician) has always been fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and always on time. Can’t recommend them enough!

I called Midwest Mechanical to figure out why our furnace was not operating correctly. Their service man, Lee Mickey came out to help us. He was great! He was able to quickly identify the problem and he also explained why it occurred and how he was fixing the issue. He provided a detailed explanation such that I could figure out what the codes meant that the computer was identifying and how to reduce the issue in the future. Lee was not only a good repairman but also a good teacher on how to determine future problems and how to reduce the issue. I will definitely call Midwest Mechanical the next time I need to have it serviced again. They are a solid 5 rating.

I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone!! With a big snow storm coming in our heater started blowing cold air overnight. Called and they were really busy but thankfully was able to squeeze me in as I have a 6 month old. Anthony is the technician that came and was able to fix everything and get it running again! We had Midwest Mechanical replacement our air conditioning and heating system several years ago. When our finance started acting up this winter, we went right back to them to take care of the repairs. Shon came out and got us fixed up in no time. He is friendly and efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend Shon and Midwest Mechanical to anyone needing work done or their system replaced.

We are so pleased with the service and the initial installation of our unit. The product that they installed has really cut our monthly cost. They were polite and careful to cleanup after themselves. The cost was honest and clear. Great company!

We have used Air Source for our HVAC needs for several years now. We had them put in a whole new heating and a/c unit a few years ago and have them out to check up and maintain that system. They are always on time, courteous and professional. They are very knowledgeable Of their products and what they provide is of highest quality. I would recommend this company and it’s people over any other.

Technician came out for a service call to assess a problem with the AC unit. He tried several things and informed me that the whole unit needed to be replaced. He then said that the charge would be $90. I told him I received a card from a home show a few months previously AND called a few days before to confirm that the price would be $40. The technician (who frankly had nominal people skills at best) said they raised their prices last month. So after further back and forth, I agreed to pay $60–mostly so he would just leave. I strongly urge you to not employ the services of this company in any way and am wholly dissatisfied with the conduct of their employees.

Of course my air conditioner decided not to work on a hot July day when my family returned from vacation. I have known Rob (owner) for a while through church. I knew I could rely on him so I contacted him. He helped me troubleshoot and even had me talk to one of his technicians to see if there was something I could do until he could visit my home. Rather than sit around in a hot house we had AC and then Josh came out and was able to assess the cause of our AC issue. I feel blessed to know about Air Source. They care about you and your family. I have had Air Source to both my home and business. They are very professional and detailed. I was very pleased with the home spring cleaning package. They cleaned both the inside A/C unit and the exterior unit from too to bottom and replaced the filter. It was nice knowing that we would not have to worry about the summer heat.
