I.am very impressed with this company, my air went out and Josh came out quickly to diagnose problem, within an hour or 2 Rob and Jerry came out also. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, fast and fair. I will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend.

Philip is an extra talented and good serviceman! I think he deserves a raise! He is not only prompt but usually early with a phone call to let us know he is available. He asks about additional sales items ie filters. He goes over the 10 year warranty. He does a super job

I called a technician on a Saturday and he walked me through what was wrong with my AC unit on the phone. He could've charged me for an after hours call. That is above and beyond what most people would do I would recommend calling this company for HVAC service.

Air Source was highly recommended to us, so I called when our AC went out. The technician showed up an hour after our appointment time, troubleshot the problem but since he was so late he could not get the parts from his supplier and didn’t try to get the situation resolved. We now will have no AC for the long holiday weekend. I am extremely disappointed in such a highly recommended company’s work and will not use them again.

You can trust Air Source --- both in their equipment recommendations and also in your home. They were very easy to work with, very transparent in what they were doing, and why they were doing it. Very happy with my new furnace and they responded quickly to a winter emergency when our furnace shot craps. They will do good work and for reasonable costs.

I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Air Source H&A. The service man was prompt in letting me know how soon he would be at my address. He was skilled in his job as he checked all the parts of my air conditioner that was causing me problems or could cause problems in the near future. I would have no problem in calling them the next time I need service.

They came out and couldn't fix my furnace so they sold me a new one. Before they installed it though. We had someone else come take a look and they were able to fix it within 5 minutes. I'm still waiting for my $3,000 refund since they never installed anything

The technician,Brandon, was friendly, engaging, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. The company was able to come out the day that I called and notified them of the problem.I was back to being cool in my home that very same night. I would highly recommend.

Phillip always does quality work. He is always polite, courteous and cleans up after his work. Phillip is very personable and easy to work with. He answers all my questions and advises the best route for the work that needs done.

Rob was a genuine guy, seemed honest and professional. Cannot really rate him on much more than coming out and giving me an estimate though since no work has actually been done yet!

I have been an Air Source Heating & Air Conditioning client for many years. I first met them back in 2006 when I was remodeling a farm house and needed a full system with duct work and a furnace/AC unit. They were 25% lower than my closest bid and did an amazing job installing a system into my attic to save space. At that point in time Rob told me about the value to a heat pump and the energy savings that I would get over the years and he was not wrong. It has been 16 years now and it is still going strong. Since that time Rob and his family have done three other rentals for me and are currently working on a commercial building that I am turning into a rehab center. As impressive as they have been over the years the entire reason that I am writing this is because I was off the grid a couple months ago and my A/C unit stopped working and it was up to my wife to figure out what to do and she had no idea who to call but she remembered the yellow trucks and when she googled heating and air she found them and called not knowing for sure if she was calling the right people and the staff did an amazing job working with her and getting it fixed the same day. We've been using Air Source for years. They are always quick to respond and very helpful. We are on a monthly payment plan and twice a year they call to set up maintenance appointments like clockwork. This is a very good company. Quick. Kind. Competitively priced.

We called with no air and got someone out asap. Found out we needed a big part and made the decision to replace. They got the AC working temporarily working for 3 weeks. Yesterday had our new unit installed. We are super happy and already notice overall how much better the new unit cools. Thanks to everyone at Air Source for a great experience. Air Source services our equipment twice a year and has for many years. They are courteous, clean, knowledgeable, capable, well-mannered, and always make a difference for good. This team was awesome. Got a quote well under their competitor. Then they showed up in 5 days. A competitor wanted 30 days (in November). Installation was smooth. They did miss a couple of minor steps. When I called the next morning, they were out almost immediately to correct it. I would recommend them highly.

Air source one was able to service our heater on very short notice. Brandon came out and was very helpful with letting us know what the issue was and how quick it was repaired. My wife is now happy that she has a heater again and doesn’t have to worry about turning into a popsicle.

They came out to clean the AC and change filters. They were very polite and explained what they were doing before they started. They also checked in with me before they left to see if I had any questions. The work was excellent. Everything was just as they said it would be - completely clean inside and out and everything checked out to see if there were any issues. Just having this part of the service club is great, but to know that they are going to be there if I need repairs is even more reassuring.

Last week when temperatures were 102 plus my A/C quit. Called Air Source they come out that morning and fixed A/C in no time. They are a great company. I use them for my 3 rental as well as my personal home. You can't go wrong with Air Source.
