We had our heater go out on the coldest night last week. I called and was blessed with a serviceman's arrival within 2 hours! Phillip was polite, professional, and very helpful. He explained what was needed and the cost upfront. He had us up and running within an hour. I am quite pleased with how Air Source handled my needs and would recommend them to everyone! Five stars!

First time using their service. Had problems with two rental properties air conditioning. Showed up in timely fashion despite heavy call load and diagnosed and fixed both problems as quickly as possible and at a reasonable rate. Will definitely use again. Seem honest and professional. I live out of state and this is very important in my situation. Definite 5 star review.

Our heater quit working and was blowing cool air. I called and spoke with Rob and he walked me through all the things to check, over the phone. He was able to figure out the problem and instructed me on how to fix it! I'm extremely greatful for Rob's patience as I am not mechanically inclined. Easy fix and our heater is back up and running! I highly recommend Rob and the Air Source team.

I called them early on a Wednesday morning after waking up to an 85 degree house. They put me on their schedule for that afternoon and agreed to give me a call back when a service technician was available and on his way. I was thrilled that they agreed to give me a 20 minute notice that the technician was on his way. This allowed me to go to work rather than spending a large part of my day waiting for them to show up.
I got the call at 12:02. and the technician was working on my system within 45 minutes. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and quickly got my system operational. He also took the time to answer all of my questions about replacement thermostat options.

I have been using this company for several years and will continue to use and recommend them!

We've used their service twice at two different locations.Both times the company was more than helpful with my best interest in mind. The last time I spoke with Rob he spent several hours on the phone with me to help resolve an issue that a previous installer caused which in turn may have saved me from having to replace a brand new unit. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Was in an emergency and called air source, they came out same day and fixed my heat! Very professional and efficient. Definitely will use them again!

Brandon was GREAT very informative and empathetic to my situation… He came out the very next day after I called, the young lady in the office was very polite and helpful. I had a seizure and fell outside when I woke up Brandon was down on the ground next to me just supporting my head. I think I scared him pretty good and my seizure took a lot out of me so I was out of it before he left. But I wanted to tell him thank you so much!!! He kept apologizing for not catching me before I hit the ground but I’m just glad he was there.

Very happy with the service. Fixed the problem with the air conditioner. The service guy (I forgot his name sorry) was very pleasant and Knowledgeable. I have done business with them before also and will continue if something should come up.

Professional and Efficient. They let me know ahead of time they were running a little late but I'm late to everything so tbh I didn't care. I appreciate the way Rob explained what was needed and didn't go into "sales mode." Highly recommend.

I usually have Brandon come service our systems. He is so so good at what he does. So polite and would highly
recommend Brandon and Air Source for maintenance.

However today, I met Dakota and Philip who came to my home to complete winter maintenance. I am at awe over these two men. So nice, on time, knowledgeable and provided recommended information. They also told me of how we could save and have better quality air. There was no pressure. They offered information and answered all my questions. So Brandon you are still good but Dakota and Philip were a wonderful hidden gem I didn’t know about. I highly recommend any of these guys!! Thank you for a great job and educating me on new technology available and savings I could take advantage of. I love Air Source!

I called the office and was greeted with a friendly happy to help voice! They had a technician to my location within the hour. I had been without A/C for over 48 hours. Philip and Miguel were absolute life savers. Within 15 minutes had the issue diagnosed and a solution in place. Air Source is a caring and honest company! I highly recommend Air Source. We have used them for many years. I am very, very careful on who I pick to do business with. Their customer service is second to none. Thank you Brandon, Phillip, Miguel. I don’t remember the owners name but through the years he has always been caring and trustworthy!!! The yearly service contract is a very good deal.

They are the utmost professionals! Super friendly and committed the whole way through. They cleaned up and took everything with them. They will always be my go to for every thing.

Revising this to one star. They've done a lot of work on my system before and seem to have, overall, done a good job until about a year ago. I did their regular servicing $250/yr and dropped a check off at their office, which was cashed. They called me asking if I was going to pay for the service, which I shared that I did. They've never called back and have not returned my money.

Thanks to our technician Brandon for getting our system back up today. I’m a first time customer and they were able to come out the same day.

I had been told by another company I need a new compressor and I called for a second opinion. Sure glad we did - Brandon found that our unit actually had a leak!

He repaired the leak and charged the system! We were elated that our system could be repaired tonight.

Air Source is Top notch in my book. They fit us in their busy schedule and sold us a nice used unit. Brandon and Miguel worked fast and did great work. Highly recommend them for anyone needing Top notch service and affordable.

We had a mini split replaced in August of last year. It’s been nothing but problematic since. We have been very patient - The outside unit has such a hard start and stop, it vibrates the whole house. Today I discovered the brackets holding this heavy unit on the wall were not bolted into anything but plywood. The wire/conduit terminations are not correct-they are open to the elements, literally not connected. The inside wall unit is crooked, and runs all the time. The bracket for the previous wall unit are still installed behind the new one pinched between the drywall and the new unit. I’ve called, emailed texted both the tech/installer and the office. No reply. Do not recommend.

My name is Frank Rodriguez from 13932 East Hawthorne Court. I selected GM Air Condition and Heating, after analyzing 9 estimates, I selected this company based on quality of the HVAC unit and a 10 years parts and labor warranty. In addition, the estimate was not only competitive but also the lowest. The installation appointment was set for arrival between 8.00AM and 9.00AM. They arrived promptly at 8.15 AM and completed the whole installation by 4.00PM. They had projected a completion of one and a half days. The other companies that provided estimates projected a 2 to 3 days for completion. The outstanding workmanship, dedication and enthusiasm were evident throughout the entire work day. I highly recommend this company for the installation of a central air conditioner or the installation of a central heating system. The price was outstanding, the job completion exceeded my expectations and the quality of the work was among the best. Once again, thank you to G. M Air-conditioning and Heating and their employees!!!

Love G.M. Air. Trust the high ratings they have on here. Professional, friendly, knowledgable, and not all all pushy. My furnace started to have issues late last fall and they came by and took a look. Cleaned the heat flame sensor and things ran again, but they told me that the fix might only be temporary due to the unit I had. They were not pushy and were happy to let me ride out the simple fix if that's what worked for me. Sure enough, the fix was temporary and I needed to get the unit repaired or replaced recently. Paco came by and checked the unit again and confirmed that it was time for repair or replacement. He helped me weigh my options without pushing me one direction or the other and we ended up replacing the unit. His team came by a few days later and were in and out within a couple hours. Heat is working great again!
