G.M. Air Conditioning and Paco have *amazing* customer service and top notch communication throughout the service. Paco's response time was great and he had me up and running very quickly when I was without heat during a winter storm. When my heater stopped working I worried a lot thinking about how expensive it might be to fix it. But it wasn't. The cost for Paco to come out and fix it was significantly lower than i thought it might be. I will recommend this company to my loved ones when they have HVAC issues for sure!

We were referred to GM Air by family members after receiving several quotes that left us feeling confused as well as waiting for parts/service dates. GM was a saving grace for our family in the dead of summer when our A/C went out. Paco was quick to respond to our initial call for service and advised us on the best option for our situation. We went with Pacos advice for our unit and the A/C was replaced in half the time compared to other quotes. Months later we are very glad we went with the suggestion from Paco as we have noticed the larger unit is much more efficient for our home. Technician was on time and very friendly. His name was Paco. He worked diligently and communicated very well. I will use this company again for our HVAC services.

I have had G.M.Air out to my home to repair and replace my A/C. Very professional and prompt, gave me the news that my A/C was going to have to be replaced. Gave me payment options and did the job quickly. Now I’m in need of a new heating system installed, so I just called G.M.Air again to get the great service that they provided when I needed it. I can’t recommend Paco and company enough! I have already recommended them to several of my friends.

I meant to make this review months ago. It was this past winter when we had the winter vortex come through and our heat went out mid evening and didn't know it till around 9pm. I called Paco for the first time and he ended up video chatting me off and on trying to troubleshoot the problem. It ended up having to be something that needed a device to test it. Paco came out the next morning and fixed the issue in less than 1 hour and also replaced our thermostat.

We bought a new house since then and our A/C went out on one of the first hot days. I texted him at 1am, with it being 83 degrees and an infant inside, he replied he'd be out a little after lunch, and he did! Another quick fix!

They did a good job. I had to have a whole new heating/air system put in. They were clean and made sure everything was working properly. I would use there service once again. Everyone was nice and personable also. Thanks G.M. for everything.

I absolutely give GM Air 5 stars! I would give them more if I could! This was our first time using GM. I can’t believe how fast they responded to our emergency situation. Our heater stopped working during the recent Winter storm. It was so cold in our house when we woke up. It wasn’t even 20 minutes after we put in the call that our Technician Paco showed up. He serviced our heater and had it up and running in no time at all!

This Company is the best! He is always there in a timely manner, polite, and so Kind! I replaced an entire unit with an upgrade. It was very affordable compared to other companies and installed in a timely manner. I’ve had to call him several times before The new unit and he was always out within 24 to 48 hours! I would recommend this company to everyone! They will not disappoint!
