I have been using All Trades almost monthly for an apartment building over the last 2 years and have ALWAYS had a great experience with all their employees. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. Their technicians are scheduled promptly, are great at communicating, and always solve my issues. I would be lost without this company!

I needed some plumbing repairs, faucets leaking, etc and called this vendor as i had used them for repairs made in the past, I was happy with the repair that the technician completed, he was on time, thorough, explained everything in detail for all the repairs completed. When I received the invoice, although it was high, both labor and parts were over $600, but without notice and to my surprise, a $25 "fuel charge" was added to the invoice. I called the office to attempt to obtain an adjustment for this, I only live 7 miles from the business office and just thought that was a high amount, understanding fuel is $4 per gallon, but it didn't take 6 gallons to go round trip to/from my home, but the owner wouldn't budge, said it wasn't just fuel, but was maintenance to the vehicle, tools, supplies, etc, etc. Then he went on to tell me how hard it is to find employees, etc, etc. I told the owner that I could understand perhaps a $5 fuel charge, but $25? We ending the call with me stating that I would likely not use him again and he kept saying if he lost a customer over a $25 fuel charge so be it......I guess I should have asked for an estimate prior to their arrival, but I trusted this business based on a past repair, I guess customer loyalty means nothing these days.....thus the 3 stars.........

All Trades is professional and trustworthy. Both A/C units stopped working in our home when the weather was unbearably hot and humid. All Trades responded to our home within hours of the notification and was able to promptly fix the issue in a timely manner. Was expecting to have to buy a new unit due to the maturity of our units, but the staff worked diligently on fixing our units to save us in cost. Would highly recommend this company. Honest and professional. They even followed up with us to make sure our units were performing properly. Will use this company again for any further needs.

This is Company is super costly. I was very surprised at the price when I received the statement. I had to look up the number to contact them, there was no number on the statement. The man did not have the parts on his vehicle. He went to get the parts came back and put the parts on super fast. Know I understand why they don't want their tech's accpeting payment. I would give them 2 star rating and never call them again.

Mr. Cross was quick to get into contact with us, promptly diagnosed the problem with our heat pump (same day), and explained the options that we had to correct this problem - all for a fair price.

Donnie, is an absolute professional!! He is extremely knowledgeable, talented and very professional the process of fixing our furnace started on a cold Sunday morning, Donnie had it pinpointed within 40 minutes and had the part ordered and kept my wife and I in the loop the whole time. When the part arrived he was prompt and very thorough with checking my whole furnace for any problems or issues. I really hope that more people are taking full advantage of his expertise! He is a true professional at his craft!!

Avoid this Co at all cost installed a new ac unit and coil on the 5/28/2015 never has worked came back 5 times charged each time still never worked want honor waranty and dont know what their doing im a senior citizen borowed the money to pay David Revira he dident even want to give a recipt

David at Phoenix Heating and Cooling has always come to my rescue. We've had a few situations over the years and Phoenix HVAC has always been there for us. Highly Recommend.

Need air ducts replaced because of a water heater flood. Did a great job. Even rearranged the duct work so that more heat would go to my bedroom. I can finally sleep in my room when the temperature drops. Would definitely use again.

They offer very good professional work at very reasonable prices. David and Madonna are super nice and helpful. We only use them and have for the past six or seven years. You won’t be disappointed!

We asked mr David from them to repair the our ac. They diagnosed and asked to replace capacitor and switch plug to fix the problem. Later i found ac is not working at all and have same problem as it was before. Now Mr David is not picking call and company person is not responding. They just send text to Mr David, who is not answer at all.

A weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I took a day off of work to get my furnace fixed. David arrived on time, he was professional, took his shoes off when he walked in my door and even rubbed my dog's belly. I was expecting my bill to be in the thousands, not $99. I am lucky I called the right place.
