I will never call another HVAC company! They helped me fix my system in an emergency on a Friday evening. I got home from work, discovered a problem and they were there working on it within an hour. They are fast, honest, and more than fair. 5 stars!!

Updating Review: I have used them again at a new home, they are still going strong with great service, a knowledgeable technician, Mike got my system back up and running a few hours after making the call! Friendly, courteous and professional!!!

Mike and Joey should up within the hour of the call. They were respectful of my home, leaving no trace. They fixed the issue quickly, answered all of my questions, and gave me a couple pointers to extend the life of my system. Would 10/10 recommend.

I’ll start this post saying I was referred to TempControl by a friend today. The owner showed up with his technician because I was a first time customer and they solved my issues very quickly. Was I impressed! They were prompt, honest, extremely reasonable, and cleanliness could be their middle name! I’ll never use anyone else and will recommend them to all my friends!

5-star service from Mike and Joey at TempControl. As with many of the other reviewers, we experienced issues with one of our AC units cutting out intermittently.

They diagnosed the issue as a faulty capacitor, replaced it, and then cleaned the 18-year old unit so it almost looked good as new!

Very professional, respectful gentlemen. Highly recommend them when you're in a bind with your HVAC system.

thank you, to TempControl (Matthew) and their workers, it not just the mailmen that snow, ice and freezing winds won't stop them from doing their work. our old 15+ yrs old unit finally gave out. they came and replace it and had the new one up and going in one day. Granny is very happy and very warm. thank you all.

Hats off to temp control, I had been hanging by another heating and cooling company here in Lexington yesterday. I have been scheduled by my insurance company with them for two days. The company had notified me. They would be here between 10 and 12 yesterday by 1230. No one had made it to my house. I proceeded to call the company to see where they were and they said I have been canceled. No one had notified me that I’ve been canceled, which was totally unprofessional. Their excuse for being canceled was dispatch was not accepting work orders from the insurance company that I have my cooling through anymore.. So I was left one more day without any air thank you and you know who you are if you go to Facebook and see my post everybody can see who it was. Anyhow, I called temp control. My insurance company does use them. The owner was very professional and extremely nice. The owner informed me if I would call my insurance and get a work order sent to them. They would get out here today. This was all taken care of and true to his word. They just left my house I have air. The technicians were extremely extremely efficient and nice that would be Mike and Joey. Thank you again guys. Appreciate it very much. Have a good day. I highly recommend this company.

Hands down best service we have ever received from a heating & air company. Donnie was on time, trustworthy, knowledgeable and got our heater fixed in less than a day. This included having to order a part and installing it. I recommend this company to all of my friends and family in the Lexington area.

Terrible. Jake came out for an estimate for our air conditioner that wasn't working properly. I was given a $1300 quote. My husband wanted a second quote and the 2nd guy fixed the air conditioner that evening for $300. I tried contacting the boss and he never returned my call. It's been over a week and my air is nice and cool. He didn't just put a bandaid on, he fixed it. I'm upset I was going to be ripped off by $1000 most likely because I'm a female. Well, not only have they lost a customer, I will tell everyone not to use them, or at least not send Jake to thier house.
