Stay away from this company unless you like technicians that can’t do more than a simple service. Do your own research to confirm what I’m saying. Their mark ups are outrageous.

Everything was done professionally and everyone was courteous and friendly. Doug Hensley did a great job of explaining the different options available for the new system and answered all of my questions.

Very high mark up on parts. They sent an inexperience tech to my place and I think he put on a part that was not necessary. Checked on the part price after they left at brock mcvey and found out that they had a HUGE price mark up. Asked them about it and they would do nothing about it.

Called on Christmas eve and told the woman I spoke with that I needed my gas furnace replaced by Monday at the latest, as I was going out of town on Tuesday. Never heard back from them so I called another contractor, who came right out.

They installed a device in my ductwork that destroys any odors in my home and kills all of the germs floating in the air or on surfaces. I can’t see the germs but I can definitely tell the odors are gone. I highly recommend these guys. Erica was especially helpful.

She is a very reliable person, and she has good knowledge about HVAC. Erika worked very hard to find the best HVAC system for me. She presented diverse options for me and explained the pros and cons of each system. Also, Monthie's price is very reasonable; by comparing five highly valued HVAC companies in Lexington, and I found that Monthie's price is very reasonable in Lexington. If you plan to install a new HVAC system, I would like to recommend Monthie for it.
