The technicians are top notch! But, I have been trying to get the spring check up on my system scheduled for over a month and get no response when I contact MMI. I gues I will have to go elsewhere.

Great job installing 2 Carrier AC units to replace the 2 Carrier units they installed 32 years ago! They even put an extension on the the natural gas valve so they could keep the units as close to the house as possible. Same family owned company providing excellent service for a fair price.

MMI was a great! They showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up when they were done. My new HVAC unit is working fabulously in this relentless heat! Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Recently MMI installed a new heating system, after keeping our original system running for over 25 years. They are professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Can’t say enough good things about Erika and her team! We got a new hvac unit for our upstairs. Started out great when we got the quote and Erika answered all our questions before moving forward and gave her recommendations. They are so accommodating and easy to work with. Each time the crew came they were always on time and so respectful of working in our home. Each time they always answered all my questions and made sure I understood before leaving. MMI completed installation of our new Carrier HVAC system in November 2022. See attached regarding specific units. The job was scheduled and completed on time. Installers did excellent work and we are satisfied.

We are satisfied with the last job - cleaning our dryer lints tube and fixing screws that caused lint to hang on them. One drying cycle completely dries a large load of towels. Before, it took one and a half cycles. Pleased with the results.

We have been having problems with indoor air quality and mice getting into our house through our HVAC ductwork. We also have fiberboard ducts, which can be damaged if cleaned incorrectly. MMI used appropriate cleaning techniques and and cleaned all the vents. They also used cameras to find the points where animals were accessing our home interior and sealed them up. This will have the additional benefit of keeping conditioned air in the ducts instead of it leaking out into the garage. Matt and Alex did a great job and explained what they proposed to do and showed me the results. I would definitely use MMI again as I have before.

MMI and Belinda were so responsive and helpful when I reached out. I was looking for someone to repair my Bosch system, when my regular company was unable to do so. So I was a brand new, unknown customer, but that didn’t seem to matter!! MMI immediately came to my house to assess the situation and then immediately took care of the issue. I never felt that I was put at the end of a technician’s schedule or put off til later as a new customer. Plus, they didn’t know if I’d have repeat business or not.
I will be a return customer and schedule routine checkups!

Used to use gw heating and cooling, after they went out of business I switched to these guys. Mmi hired gws lead installer, and I get the same quality install and service for a competitive price. They sell carrier instead of trane, which is a superior product in my opinion
