My Husband has been using D&S for over 15 years. He is not just cheaper, he is about 1/3 of anyone else's price. They are a "hood cleaning company" so (the unsatisfied customer above) if your hood is clogged up 4 months later it's because of the type of food you happen to cook at your restaurant and/or faulty equipment. Hence you said it got clogged again, meaning it was cleaned and unclogged 4 months prior. Also it's recommended having it cleaned 3 times a year. Certain restaurants with foods that are greasy, need it ever 3 months. We have owned our restaurant for 16 years and managed other restaurants for combined 30 years. Dwight has always been very fair and accomodating with us, maybe we are just special?

I have got his service a year ago with commercial hood cleaning. I would say i wasn't satisfied with the service. They didn't clean the hood as I expected. Moreover, It clogged in 4 Months again and wasn't sucking air eventhough we used grill nor frequently. His service was cheaper than others thats why I chose and I paid for it. I am sorry to leave a bad review but this was my experience.

Best water cleanup company in AZ right here!

When they say they'll be to you in an hour or less, they mean it. It was more like 30 minutes. We had water turned off but they set up those machines to pull the water out of the carpet and then had fans set up for a few days to get it all dried up. Thankfully nothing had to be thrown out because we got it taken care of quickly.

Jeff at CPS knows his stuff when it comes to commercial HVAC. He has helped us many times with problems that we have had with our heat pump and some other HVAC problems.He has recommended simple solutions to what we thought were going to be complex problems, and has handled the most problematic issue with confidence and speed. I would recommend Comfort & Process Solutions in Lexington for any industrial or commercial HVAC system install, maintenance or repair! They are the best in the area!

From a $200 service call to a $1000,000.00 Boiler Replacement or a $200,000.00 Cooling Tower Replacement, CPS does an outstanding job of responding to our needs. As a Government Agency spending Tax Dollars we have to get the best deal for our $$$, and CPS provides just that!!!

The heat for our building went out when it was freezing outside, and Comfort and Process Solutions truly came through for us. Even with ice all over our road, they were able to get a technician out the same day, which was such a relief. He was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem very quickly. We had heat back on in no time. Outstanding service and highly recommended!

When a TECO employee visited my home, I received the quality service I expect from a truly local business I trust. I have continued using TECO for my home’s requirements and will do so in the future. I wasn’t sure why Brandon from Kentucky rated this outstanding business so poorly, but a simple click on her profile revealed dozens upon dozens of poor reviews for businesses that don’t deserve such insulting remarks.
