Great company! Kelley Mechanical installed Lennox heating and air units for our entire house. We are pleased with their work and the Lennox units that Kelley highly recommended. Everyone from Kelley Mechanical that worked on this project was extremely courteous and considerate. Our dog Lily Mae fell in love with all of them! Very friendly and kind and professional business. They fixed our messed up AC unit when it decided not work anymore. I would recommend this company for any AC repair or fix. I was very pleased with their knowledge and they had no problems with our 3 dogs in the house while they worked.

Kelley Mechanical replaced a faulty thermostat at my house at a moments notice. Doing so required troubleshooting some wiring issues. Ben quickly resolved the issues and got the thermostat operational. Great, professional and prompt service!

I am so thankful for Kelley Mechanical! They are the only HVAC company we will ever use! This morning when our heat went out, and my husband was out of town, Patrick Kelley came to save the day! He was able to find and fix the problems we were having in a fast and professional manner. He wasn't going to stop until our heat was fixed and I am so appreciative. We had to replace our heat pump of 14 years and had quotes from at least 10 different vendors. We met Kelly at the home show and had them come out to give us a quote. Very impressed with their customer service and pricing. We compared units across multiple companies and were very happy with what Kelly was able to do. We really liked the family owned company and they addressed problems from the original install by the builder. They were willing to give references (and was the only company willing to do so ) and were professional and through on the install. They also went out of their way to teach and educate about what they were doing so we would be informed. Very happy with them and would highly recommend them to others.

Was having trouble with my air conditioner and it wouldn’t even start up. I contacted Kelly Mechanical and they were here in a jiffy. They were helpful, engaging and got the job done right and now I got cool air blowing in my house.

Kelley Mechanical installed our system new about 4 years ago. When I called for a system check up they told me that they had quit doing residential work and were doing commercial work exclusively. Despite that they were still willing to help and were at the house the next day. I got a followup phone call with a report from the technician. Dustin from AirControl just completed a service on our Geothermal unit and did a great job. Also installed an Air Scrubber Unit which I swear by bc it really helps with allergies and my dry eye problem. Our older Halo Unit needed a new bulb and was wondering why my eyes were hurting again and it was bc no more killing of bad particles. Dustin said this newer unit made by NASA was better so decided to go with an Air Scrubber verses a new bulb for the Halo. Love the service I always receive from Air Control and their staff!

We opted for a local company, Air Cotnrol, for our new HVAC system. The crew, 4 men, that came to our house were experts who knew their trade, were very thorough, and took time to explain some of the intricacies of our system. They went above and beyond. The lead man's father had worked at NASA on refrigeration systems, was just a total pro. We recommend them highly! You will be in good hands.

I purchased a new central air conditioning system through Costco. Chuck came out within two days of my order to take a look and give me a quote. A few days later, the crew was at my house bright and early to install. Everyone I dealt with was competent, professional, and personable. The new system was reasonably priced and is working very well. I'm so pleased.

We wanted to be sure to let everyone know that we had a wonderful experience with Air Control thru Costco this past week. We would highly recommend them. Chuck Cowing and his entire team were very professional, courteous, efficient and very prompt in their removal of the old units and replacement of our new furnace and air conditioning unit. His work team was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and paid great attention to detail and cleanup as well. Chuck oversaw the install, hands on, from beginning to end and even took care of filing the registration/warranty.

I have been a client with Air Control for over 11 years. I’ve never felt like putting in a review really until now. What a wonderful company who goes out of their way to repair and maintain my geothermal and heat pumps.
I called Anna yesterday morning when my geothermal stopped putting out any heat. Anna got Austin, one of thei techs to come out within several hours. He was able to diagnose what was needed, and then was diligent to call to find the part needed to repair my unit. He immediately left to pick up the part and came out the next morning with the part and completed the job. He said his was concerned because of the big snow storm forecasted this weekend.
Over the years the technicians have always been courteous, thorough and efficient.

A co-worker recommended Air Control to me because her husband had worked with them in the past. I spoke with Herbie on the phone and he was very informative and took the time to discuss what we were looking for and gave some recommendations. He sent Rob out to our house to look at our existing equipment to see what would be best for our needs. Rob was fantastic! He was very patient and timely on his responses. He spent extra time on site to make sure he knew what we were looking for as well as explain how things work. Even though both my husband and I had many questions (over the course of a few weeks) he was very responsive to both of us and we felt very comfortable with him. We got plenty of information and was able to make a great decision that my husband and I were both comfortable with. Neither Herbie or Rob were pushy or made us feel like we had to purchase different options. They gave us all the information and let us choose what we wanted. We didn't feel pressured to get anything extra and was offered many different options so that we could see what would work best for our needs. Even though we have our unit installed already and all is paid for, they have still been very helpful and responsive to our different questions. The installers were all very professional and respectful and made sure we got everything we needed. It was such a pleasure to work with them and I recommend them with no reservation.

For most customers Anna the dispatcher will be your initial contact person with Air Control. I have discovered over time that she is not only equally skilled at scheduling customer service requests but is also empowered by the owner Larry to solve even extra-ordinary problems/situations if they arise. This is a reliable and trust worthy company to service your heating and cooling systems.

Alfredo is the man! After 2 years of numerous repairs to our brand new unit, Alfredo installed a new unit, as well as diagnosed the root of the existing problem. Very friendly and knowledgeable and was willing to walk us through all of the info. He treated our home as his own!
