This was my first time using Air Control for my home HVAC installation, recommended through Costco. Herbie came to do the analysis and gave me an excellent price quote and warranty for a new 4 ton system. They were able to come over on the following Saturday morning to do the install. Alfredo & Jaden were consummate professionals, arriving on time and completing the job and cleanup beautifully. They replaced my thermostat and help me to program it with my phone. We tested the system and it was clearly putting out nice cool air. I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and work! I would recommend this company without hesitation!I was so tired of getting the run around in the past from Climate Control and more recently Fayette Heating and Air. So done with them. Kudos to Air Control!!

The 20+ year old AC unit in our recently purchased home gave up during the July heat wave. We got Air Control's information from Costco and Herbie came right over to check out the system and recommended some upgrades and modifications.

Then we called 5 other companies and met with their sales people.

Then we called Herbie back, because the recommendations he made were echoed by the other companies, but his price was the best and the 10% rebate from Costco was icing on the cake.

We can't say enough nice things. The service was great, price reasonable, the work was done quickly and efficiently.

We just got on the maintenance plan which was very cost effective. Taylor spent over two hours thoroughly checking our units and gave a detailed analysis. He’s polite and wore shoe covers (which I think is professional and courteous). The receptionist Anna is responsive.

We had a new unit installed August of 2023. Two weeks ago we turned on the air during the brief warm weather, only to find out it was not cooling properly. Technician came the same day we called and we were told we had a bad compressor. I was quoted $2100 to fix it. The part was "under warranty" but not the coolant and labor to fix. I am very suspicious of this and find it had to believe a unit that was used less than a year would already need this costly repair. I questioned the technician and was told it was "bad luck." Yes, the part is under warranty, but if the part had not failed I would not be paying 2K to fix it. I question if we received a bad or refurbished part to begin with. This is just not acceptable.

The technician was pleasant, thorough and competent. He knew what to look for, and corrected the problem without delay. Drew was very knowledgeable and explained things so I could understand. He had my furnace up and running within minutes. I'm very grateful he was able to get here before the next winter storm. I'll know what to troubleshoot for the next time my heat goes out.

Thanks to Thomas and Air control for fixing my HVAC system. Four other companies came out and could not fix it. All four systems are not working great!

We had Horrific experience on a new build, with almost every trade. Air Control installed 4 HVAC units in our home, and they have been out over and over to try and fix issues since we’ve moved in. As frustrating as it has been and as upset, as I am with them, they have been absolutely fantastic and have tried everything to try to fix the issues. I’m learning, most are manufacturer issues and not install issues. I would absolutely use them again and I highly recommend them. The office people, the owner and The service team are actually pretty amazing, and have never tried to ghost us. Thank you guys!!
