He said “don’t worry I’ll take care of you” but now the vents aren’t working after 2 weeks of fixing it and he said there is nothing he can do when he said there was a 3 year labor warranty

Noah has been incredible to work with every time! As new home owners we were very lacking in even basic HVAC knowledge, but Noah answers every question politely and with as much detail as you desire. He responds quickly to service calls and was able to diagnose (and inform us of) the likely issue before even coming over and offered solutions so it wouldn’t happen again. I also highly appreciate his willingness to communicate over text messages, like when I had a “simple” issue of botching my new thermostat settings! Great prices and work; we trusted him with any future issues from our first inspection!

Seth with Noah's Ark Air installed our new high efficiency heating and air system and was most professional and thorough. He's got a great personality and knows his trade and all required codes and the latest advancements. He is timely and committed. He was also less in cost than the first opinion I received. In my humble opinion, if you don't call Seth, it may be a big mistake!

Quality work at a fair price. I couldn't be happier with Noah's Ark Air. He installed a new heat pump and coils at my home. The installation was clean and tidy. Any questions I had Noah was happy to answer. He is also patiently training the next generation of tradesmen, which is to be commended. I will be definitely be calling Noah for any future work.

Seth and his team were absolutely great to work with. It was the hottest day of the summer and my a/c bit the dust. It was on borrowed time. A friend recommended that I contact Seth with Noah’s Arch LLC and I was glad I did. He arrived quickly and within thirty minutes he had the unit delivered and with an hour he started installing the unit. Also the space where the unit lived was a very tight space, which probably made it more difficult to install but they were so skilled it didn’t even matter to them. Seth was also great at explaining to me how the new unit works and what I can do to better to maintain it. They also installed a new thermostat as he noticed that mine was old. Additionally, Seth was great with communication after the install and checking in the make everything was working for me. I highly recommend them to anyone and will recommend Noah’s Arch LLC!

Noah did amazing work quickly and for a fair price. He had our unit working perfectly and pointed out some future maintenance we could do to avoid spending extra money unnecessarily. He will not try to sell you a new system you don’t need, but he will get your system up and running!
