Our HVAC failed a week before the house was set to hit the market. Pure Mechanical swooped in and saved the day. Zack and Ty were great to work with and performed excellent work.

Only one service so far, but they were on time (actually came early and called first to see if that was okay) and got it done quickly! We were previously on a monthly service plan with a company that abruptly went out of business and I was shopping for a replacement subscription. Spoke to another local company with this program and while they had more reviews, their rates were double the cost with less perks, so decided on Pure Mechanical. So far so good!!

They are awesome! They fixed the heat in our office! They had great personalities, answered my questions, showed up when they said they would, didn't leave a mess when they left! I definitely recommend them and we will them again!

We had pure mechanical install a new HVAC system in our 100+ year old house. They did a phenomenal job and were able to get the job finished up in an afternoon. With it being an old house, everything is a little wonky, which usually causes issues for some contractors. The guys with pure mechanical were pros though and were able to get everything installed correctly and without issue. We’d definitely recommend them to our family and friends! It’s been 5 months now and our system is still running perfectly, even during those 105 degree days in July.

Can I simply express how thankful I am for Darren and his son that came out to my home and repaired my HVAC system. They were able to fix it in no time... the cost was very affordable. More importantly, they said what they would do, and followed through with what they said! Too many times we find contractors, salesmen, and business men/women that won't keep their word! I'm thankful that Darren and did! he's a good one! :) Good job!!! We will (as an agency @ Community First Insurance, Inc. in Winchester KY) and as an individual... be proactive about referring you to our customers and to anyone else who is in need.

I needed a new thermostat. They were prompt and got me all fixed up. Great Job and Great Employees.

I received a text when Zack was on his way. I explained to him our issues and what a previous company had said was wrong. He replaced the fuse and checked it multiple times and it was working, but when he was packing up the the unit stopped again. He got his stuff back out and kept searching for the issue. He found that the drain pan was backed up shutting it off so he went in the crawlspace to examine the drain pipe. He was able to unclog it and got things working. He was very thorough

Great courteous and efficient service! From the person who answered my phone call to the technicians who got my AC running again, everyone was very professional and pleasant. As soon as my appointment was scheduled I got a confirmation text and email. Shortly before my appointment I got a text that service was on the way. They arrived on time, made short work of fixing my aging system, and were on their way. The bill was fair and we were able to pay it immediately and receive an email receipt. I even got a text to let me know that they were done at my house. I couldn't have been more pleased.

The compressor on my outdoor unit went bad for the second time in two years. Pure did not do the first repair, but I called them for the second. The technician was timely, thorough, and efficient. They also offered and installed a surge protection unit to try and prevent future issues with any electrical problems I may encounter. I would highly recommend them for all future work.
