UPDATE: 3/29/24 Again I had a issue with my old furnace at my home. I called Mr HVAC and they were prompt to come help. They replaced it with a new one and even worked around my schedule at work. A1 and 5 stars again!!!

Mr. HVAC Arrived at our house on a holiday weekend after calling them the same day to repair our Air Conditioning unit after another repair service failed to get the unit running. They were fair on their pricing and the most accommodative to our needs. I highly recommend them and will be calling them for all of our HVAC needs. 👍🏻👍🏻

The Mr. HVAC team is a group of ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALS! From Paulette's reception of my call and coordination to Chris's onsite assessment, to the installation of my new 1st floor A/C unit, they were personable, friendly, considerate, and caring. Their price was comparable and I am very pleased with their QUALITY (Both of work and components. They used Trane hardware). I especially want to point out the good work done by Joe and Drake. Joe is an EXPERT yet so down to earth. Drake is right behind him with the right work ethic. So thankful for this team. (Will call them back when the upstairs unit goes). Thanks team!!

Mr. HVAC installed a new heat pump system for us. We have had it for a few months now, and it has made our home much more comfortable in hot and cold weather. The humidifier and electrostatic filter have improved our comfort this winter (no more overly dry air and static electricity), and our allergies have been much better as well. The owner really listened to our needs and suggested solutions which worked. Everyone on the staff, from the owner, to Paulette in the office, to the installers (Angel, Riley, and David) were informed, polite, and professional. We would definitely recommend Mr. HVAC for your heating and cooling needs!

Honesty, integrity and quality work are all I've received from Mr hvac after years of use at each of my homes. Mr. HVAC did a great job. The woman who took my initial call was very nice and got me set up quickly for an appointment. The tech who came for the call had taken care of my A/C before. He got there early in the day, checked out my A/C units, quickly found out the problem which just required a reset and replaced my awful to use thermostats. Even climbed up to replace a cold air return filter that I was not able to get to. Two thumbs up in addition to 5 stars for Mr. HVAC.

David from Mr. HVAC came out for a tune-up / preventative visit. We'd previously had another company out for a tune-up (no issues - our systems are working fine), and they told us we needed to replace our systems. We decided to do our due diligence and get a 2nd opinion. David confirmed that our systems are functioning great and that we definitely didn't need to replace them. I have continued to do business with Mr. HVAC since 2007. Rifet, the owner, technicians Ted, Nedim, & Joe have provided great service for a fair price. Previously, I worked with several other Lexington HVAC Contractors. A couple contractors in 2007 informed me that I required a new complete exterior AC compressor unit. Mr. HVAC technicians informed me that all I needed was a new Solenoid Valve replacement. In 2017, I installed two new complete heat pump, furnace & AC systems. I received 4 estimates and selected Mr. HVAC. They were not the least expensive, but I knew I was receiving a good value price.

Mr. HVAC is our go-to company for HVAC services. Rifet is reliable and really cares about his customers. I trust their opinion and they do excellent work. Chris is usually the one who services our units and he is kind, trustworthy, and always knows what to do! You will be pleased with your decision to go with Mr. HVAC. The best!

Very polite and professional technicians! Had Mr. HVAC install a mini split last year and this year they performed seasonal maintenance on my main HVAC and mini split. Definitely would recommend Mr. HVAC for your heating and cooling needs.
