Easy online scheduling, great communication via text leading up to appt, arrived on time and got the job done right. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency, or what I thought was an emergency, and Absolute came in clutch. Joe got here in less than a hour and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, and even went above and beyond his plumber duties. Definitely our go to for all our plumbing issues from here on out! I’d give him 100 stars if it would let me.

I highly recommend Absolute Services and have used them twice! They were able to come out the day after my call to look at my garage door opener. Robert came right on time, he was very thorough and offered me three options for the repair. He completed the replacement of my opener that day! He made it easy to understand and he worked quickly (even in that COLD day of the ice storm)! I will call them again when the time arises!

Arrived in a timely manner according to the schedule. Diagnosed quickly and resolved quickly. It was a typical blown Capacitor, so it should have been straight forward and it was! Very glad about that.

Matt and Vance found the problem and resolved the issue with my furnace. They did an outstanding job of explaining what was causing my furnace’s problem.

I am extremely pleased with my new Trane heating, air-conditioning, and humidifier installed on 12/21/16. The owner of Climate Control, all of the installers, and the immediate resolution of an installment situation has resulted in great pleasure in this company and the soft comfort the system brings.

The prediction from the last technician' rang in my ears when my heat failed on the last cold weekend before spring: "This old furnace is on the verge of failure. Start saving for another one." Braydon dug deep into the uncooperative Lennox's guts (this model Lennox being singularly hard to service) and found the small malfunctioning igniter that was causing the trouble. An expenditure of thousands faded into hundreds, and I'm very grateful to Braydon for his prompt, courteous, friendly and expert service.

Allegedly fixed my air conditioning 2 years ago. Unit didn't work again beginning of summer last year and they fixed it again saying it was out of coolant. 3 weeks afterwards, coolant was out, then they did a "more extensive assessment" meaning more money and found the coil needing to be replaced. When I asked if I could get some of the charges waved off for their wrong assessment 3 weeks prior and they said no because they did what they thought was right at the time. Guess what, start of warm weather yesterday, and the unit is out again. Should have learned my lesson after it didn't work beginning of last summer and gone with different company.

Installers got to Somerset right on time. Installed our new heat pump in a difficult spot and were finished when they said they would be. They were very personable and made sure I knew how everything worked before they left.

I was told I had a cracked heat exchanger, but was not told why, shown the pictures, given sufficient information about it. I got a second opinion and was told that was not the case and merely needed a cleaning, some caulk for condensation, and warmed I did have an old unit (which I knew).

I don’t believe this was malicious... but a second opinion is saving me 1000 dollars. So.

I called for an estimate - which I was given along with suggestions of the best way to do the job (moving an AC unit). The job was scheduled and the workmen cam on time - did the job, cleaned up the area and all in a very reasonable amount of time - Fair price and GREAT job - would definitely recommend to anyone needing AC service!!!

My 5 stars are for Dave Brown, the only service technician who has taken an interest in our problem which has been going on for the past 3 years. Since installing a new Carrier system I have reported many times the horrible, irritating, loud noise coming from the outside unit. I have recorded this noise many times and have a log of the number of times a technician has looked at this. Only Dave was persistent enough to, hopefully and finally, have found a solution. Climate Control should do all they can to keep him around.
