I had to buy a new garage door opener remote control but I couldn’t be able to program to use it. It was very frustrated. My garage door opener was an old version so this young man James McArter with a big smile on his face came to help me. He exactly knew where to look, what to do. I was very impressed with his knowledge and friendliness. Great job. Highly recommend. Thank you James!

Just like their name they are absolutely fantastic. Very professional and courteous. The tech that came to my house was Josh Mitchell and that dude was awesome I can’t say enough about absolute services other than if your not using them for service work it is your fault I will no longer use anybody else. Absolute Services is a one stop shop and will be my first call for all and any future repairs. Was connected with absolute services through Lowe’s initially. Very very thankful for Lowe’s to align me with absolute. They are absolutely amazing and able to do a full HVAC replacement the day after calling. Not only did they replace my full ac system they replaced a broken spring on my garage door same day. EVERY single employee at absolute was amazing. They all over communicated and over delivered well past my expectations. The gentle men that replaced my AC (Andrew &Hafte) were beyond respectful and went above and beyond to perform the replacement with my mother at the house.

Would absolutely recommend for any services and they have gained a life long customer!!

Had a very bad experience with this company. My garbage disposal started leaking. Luckily, I was able to get someone to come out the next day, The disposal had to be replaced, In the process another pipe was broken I understand those things can happen & was told someone would come out to repair the next day, which was a Friday or the following Monday. When I didn’t hear from anyone mid morning the next day I called to inquire. I was told dispatch would call me, Several hours later , I called again. They still couldn’t give me any information & I’m waiting for a call, $657.00 spent & I can’t use my kitchen sink. I’m not happy with their communication with scheduling , I would have also thought that they would have had a disposal with them for replacement , but had to leave & bring one. I chose this company because of its good ratings. They push for that 5 Star review, They shouldn’t have sent me a request to review before the job was completed. I sat around for 2 days waiting on them to contact me. Their communication is terrible & obviously don’t worry about taking care of their customers. $150.00 part. $500 labor?

From beginning to end my experience with Absolute was great. Aaron salesman was very helpful and patient in helping me choose the right door and equipment for my needs and budget. Very professional and knowledgable.
Derrick the installation was nothing short of awesome. Very polite and professional, a workman and a craftsman. He explained everything before he got started and made sure to give me time to ask question before during and after. The door is beautiful and insulated, nice new motor. Derrick clean up after he was done and had on his PPE while we were conversing as well as Aaron.
The pricing for the door was reasonable as well. The whole process from beginning to end was great both Aaron and Derrick were awesome to work with. I highly recommend them.
The color of my door is Bronze.

*UPDATE*
I was having trouble connecting my garage door opener to the MyQ app and I called Absolute. They sent Aaron out, just a great guy, he called before he came to let me know he was on his way and wanted to know if I wanted anything a cup of coffee or something. When I say this company has great customer service skills, the get a trip A rating from me. Weren't able to get it connected, so they changed out the opener, got connected with Spectrum and did a couple more things, now when I leave the garage door open and I am already down the street I can just hit a button....Thanks Aaron, Thanks Absolute.......

TJ was top notch. I appreciated his patience and explanations. He provided me with multiple estimates/scenarios and discussed what a membership would provide. This gentleman is exactly the type of employee every business strives to obtain. I am likely to buy a membership and begin business with Absolute Services for HVAC, plumbing, etc because I was impressed with TJ. Thank you.

I purchased a garage door at Lowe's, absoluute services installed it,very poor job of installation.The door is very hard to open have to force it to open all the way.the brackets for the rollers are crooked, the rails aren't straight, and bow out when door is up,which doesn't go up all the way.They used the old hanging brackets to hang the rails which are bent and crooked. There are extra holes drilled in the door,the cables cross over the front of the door on edge when closing. Called and complained the install manager was very combative, made excuses about every issue,and told me to contact the manufacturer. they came back and addressed a few issues but just a few very displeased with the attitude and resolve.

They looked at my problem for 5 minutes and said they needed to check with the electric company. The tech went to his car and came back two our later trying to convince me they we would have to do a full breaker board replacement and wanted to charge at least 30% more than other estimates. The electric company said they weren’t allowed to touch it. So the tech left and I’m out $200 for something they could have probably told me the electric company would need to check first. The tech was a nice enough guy otherwise this would be a one star review.
