Great experience with Lexington Electrical & HVAC. They installed a new air handler and new heat pump during a cold, blistering winter. Efren, John and Steve installed the unit and did a great job. They completed the job quick and easy. Thanks to Chris Bailey for coming out in a blizzard to check out my unit and to get the ball rolling. Thanks to Sherri for handling the paperwork and the finance process. Great company, great people. Highly recommended.

I actually came across Lexington Electrical HVAC by mistake. Thank goodness I did though! Ben was very personable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong, and how he corrected the problem. He gave me pointers to get longevity from my AC. without my asking. I was appreciative and wanted to tip him. The cost was very reasonable.

Heat wave rolled in on Wednesday night and my outdoor condensing unit wasn’t running. So I call an emergency number and was immediately taken care of. The next morning Lexington Electric and HVAC call to set up a tech visit. We agreed to a time to meet. By the time I got home from work the service tech had already arrived and looked at the unit. Man that was great. All he had to do was connect some loose wires and berr I’m chilling again. What a great company and their labor price is responsible.

I will use the again and would recommend you try them if you’re having electric or heating air conditioning problems.

Highly recommend using this company!! Chris & Jay are experts that were able to quickly problem solve and fix the issue with my 44 yr old breaker that was flagged in a home inspection report. They saved me a lot of money. They were not only professional and respectful, they arrived on time as scheduled, cleaned up after themselves and did it all with a fun, great attitude. This was the most stress-free work I’ve had done on a house in years! Everything went smoothly throughout the whole process - from my first call to explain the problem, to getting the appointment set up quickly, to excellent communication & completing the job quickly. Lexington Electrical & HVAC installed a new heat pump at our previous residence and did a great job so we had them install a hybrid furnace at our current residence. David and his crew did a great job again. They arrived when scheduled and completed the installation in one day as scheduled. They were pleasant to work with and were very patient in answering all of our questions. We highly recommend them.

I work for an addiction center that has housing and this morning (this is Jan 2026, the winter storm time of course) our women's heat went out sometime during the night. I called this company around 7am and they answered and had a technician out by 9am and fixed by 10am. Couldn't have asked for better service and care.

Andrew and Wesley really did a great job when my furnace decided to gasp it's last (really it was the circuit board, but who knew). Andrew called around for the best deal on parts, which I really appreciated. Would use them again for certain!
