They did a great job! Very professional and considerate and the new heat pump and mini-splits work well. Even when there were hiccups, they worked hard to get through it. Very satisfied! They were even a good sport about dealing with the tiny crawl space under my Victorian cottage that previous companies refused to go into.

Great experience - they were so quick to get someone to our house when we started experiencing issues, they provided us with options at multiple price points, and the installation was quick and easy! Couldn’t recommend them more - Ben, Wes, and David were great!!

My heat went out in recent low temperatures. It was a very old furnace we knew would need to be replaced sooner rather than later. They provided and option for a fix that might have only been temporary. I opted to go ahead and have them install a new one. Pricing seemed fair but I didn’t do any shopping around. With three small children I needed heat back asap. They arrived quickly to access the system, a technician’s schedule had just thankfully opened up. They came the following morning to deconstruct the old and put in the new. I am happy with the service.

Today, Sunday, I woke to an electrical issue that affected my freezer/fridge. Worried I would lose everything in fridge, I contacted multiple companies, including one that has had lots of my business. $$
No one, except Clay, from Lexington Electrical & HVAC returned my call & was willing to come today & fix the problem. I appreciate his willingness to work & help on a Sunday. Yes, I had to pay a bit more but being without a functioning refrigerator would have cost more. 5 ⭐️

Bryan is a fantastical electrician. He’s the best in the area there’s nobody else I would call. He wired an entire 6000 square-foot commercial building for me and wired my apartment. It was an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone for any electrical services that they require in the Lexington area.

Josh Mitchell was my technician, he was awesome! He walked me through all of my option and explained in detail the perks and benefits of each package! The prices were great and competitive. Great experience with this company- polite staff on phones, got us an appointment next day. Tech Nathan Wilson was very good, on time (early!), knowledgeable, informative, efficient and set up brand new modern garage door system same day. Price is fair and service 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Joe Redmond has been great. And Absolute services needs to issue Full Coverage Waders for any technicians servicing plumbing. Our crawl space is flooded and it's below freezing, but Joe went in anyway to switch out the pump and set it running to get the water to flush out over the next few days. He's a great employee, I hope absolute services knows they've got a good one.

Absolute Services came on to fix our garage door, Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix everything on the spot and we didn’t have to wait for parts. We are very pleased with the service that we received and will be using the company for all future projects

The lead tech, Joshua, and his team were outstanding from start to finish. From being on time and getting right to work to explaining everything to us throughout the process and finishing relatively quick. They were excellent! And they were very friendly and respectful on top of it all. This was our second big AC unit replacement with Absolute Services, and they’ve always been excellent with us from pricing to timeliness to quality of work. Highly recommended!
