Wonderful experience from start to finish! My technician Nathan Wilson was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I had a same day appointment for the afternoon but Nathan was able to arrive over an hour sooner. He thoroughly explained all the options for the garage door repair as well as the club membership perks. Nathan got the door repaired and running within an hour. I would highly recommend Absolute Services!

The plumber I used with Absolute was wonderful. There were two areas that needed attention and he understood The problem and fixed it very quickly. Now the toilet is running great, and the shut off valve to my spigot works perfectly.

Little miscommunication between business and myself they helped me handle it seamlessly.
Update: My hvac isn't working properly it's less than 1 week of a brand new system and is on and off every 5minutes.
Someone was sent 8/12 so I had to leave work and they didn't have the proper refrigerant so I now have to leave work again.
7/13 person sent and "fixed" still turns on and off every 5-7min. And now I can't use any pre-set programming.

Joe did an exceptional job installing our water heater and was able to answer all of our questions. He also took his time to do everything right. He is the best plumber that we’ve had in Kentucky! I would recommend him to anyone!

Stan arrived about N hour after I received notification that he was on his way. He was very polite. Did not have the correct part on truck, he drove to a plumbing shop to retrieve and install correct part. No leaks or concerns at this point. I’ve used this company 3 times in the past 90 days and I have been completely satisfied with their work. Highly recommend them!!

He knew the house and did the same job .He was prompt, efficient and very willing to help.

Trevor and his associate assessed the situation, ruled out the cause of the problem, fixed the problem and we had heat again within minutes 🥳 Great Job guys 😎

Timothy came out to my house yesterday to help with a plumbing issue, his customer service was top tier and helped point us in the right direction for a permanent solution!

Josh is excellent! He is very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave me several repair options. He answered all my questions and fixed the issue the same day! When I called the company, the operator was very nice and accommodating. They were able to come the same day I called to fix my door. They also will text updates, so I was able to know exactly when they would be arriving at my home. I highly recommend!

Robert Scaggs took care of a garage door repair today and he did a great job!

We went with absolute services for a new garage door. They did a great job and were prompt. The laser receiver thing got out of line and they fixed it the morning after calling about it! And answered the phone at like 10 pm last night! I highly recommend them, their customer service is amazing!

Curt and Vincent came to my house for a duct clean. These 2 work great together, keep you informed. They are definitely an important asset for their company. Everyone I’ve met and worked with at Absolute have all been great.

It took a bit longer than originally intended (to no fault of theirs) but overall it was a speedy and professional process. They answered all my questions and any concerns I had. Vincent and Dawson were great and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone thinking of upgrading to a new HVAC unit.

I have been a member of Absolute for over two years and I must say the follow up program is impressive. I receive a phone call whenever it’s time for service. This week I had service on my HVAC system which had been “checked” last fall by a different company- I didn’t realize when you move the membership goes with the person who bought it - however my furnace had not REALLY been checked! I discovered that my furnace was old and full of mold around the coils walls and motor. Rust had started to grow on important surfaces - and because of age I would no longer be able to get Freon. The services were very thorough! I chose to go with the Three star system and it was installed the next day. I now have warm air and for the first time can say “it’s too warm in here”! The system works wonderfully.

Patrick, from Absolute Services, was great to work with. He was polite and punctual, and provided all options to fix the problem. We will definitely use Absolute Services again for any electrical need.

Joe was absolutely amazing. Was very professional and came out in timely fashion. Everything was explained in a way I could understand, the job was done quickly and to my standards. Will use again.
