Arrived earlier than expected. Found the problem and had the solution. Chad is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what the problem was and what will be done to correct it. We will definitely continue with Climate Control for all our heating and air conditioning needs.

They were able to come same day and return the next to replace part. Technician was extremely pleasant and professional. Will use them in future as our heating and cooling company.

We got quotes from around 6 different companies for a completely new HVAC system with duct work, and from the start Climate Control was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. When everyone else said they would have to cut into my floor to install new returns (because it was easier), they were willing to put them in my walls and took the time to see if it was possible first before just blindly telling me yes. They were respectful to my house and wore shoe covers when inside, and were always communicating when they were going to be there and how long the work would take. They solved issues with that I we didn’t even know were a problem before ripping the old unit out, and from hearing their team work it was never about taking short cuts, only “how do we fix this best” and “let’s get this sorted”. I never thought I would love a HVAC system, but now our house is a constant temperature, I hardly notice when the air is on either, and there is far less dust in my house than before. I would highly recommend Climate Control (and Brandon) to anyone who needs anything HVAC related.

Fast, nice technician, but the amount of time waiting for a part I asked for before the first visit weeks ago and then the price was just shocking. Communication could use improvement. And I did not know they regularly subcontract. Could be my fault for not researching more, but so you know.

Matt was very nice. He really listened to what our problem was. He found the problem in about 5 minutes, and had our problem fixed not long afterward. He took the time to explain everything and didn’t leave any mess at all

Brandon was very professional and went above and beyond what any salesman would normally do. I called to get an estimate to replace my AC unit and he came out and fixed the problem for $150.00 and had the part delivered to the house in 15 minutes while he was taking measurements and checking the furnace. I will be buying a new unit from Climate Control when the old run is done. Thanks again and you earned my future business.

Had a loss of airflow to the bathroom. Zach and a fellow tech came out and within an hour had heat running again. Prompt, professional and courteous. Excellent work, highly recommend.

After coming home and finding my furnace had died on a weekend I made a call to Comfort Heating and Air. At each step and interaction with multiple team members every one was friendly, professional and set me at ease. If this team is within your service area I would highly suggest making the call. I look forward to having them maintain my system in the future!

I used Climate Control for light commercial work as a remote Project Manager. They were excellent to work with. Everyone was communicative, detailed, courteous and precise. All things that help make my job easier. They are in the top tier of HVAC contractors in my book and I use hundreds nationwide.

Extremely professional, came and gave me a quote to replace a 24 year old furnace. Was not the lowest quote but worked to match a competitors price. The installers were prompt, professional and friendly. Installed the new furnace and clearly explained the changes they needed to make- felt fully informed all during installation. Nothing less than 5 stars.

By far the best heating & AC company around! We recently had an addition put on the house, and the crew added vents, as well as rebalanced the air flow for the entire house. They also installed a smart thermostat & sensors in the bedrooms. Every room is cool and comfy. Again, great products, great service, and great people to work with!

In December 2018 we engaged Climate Control to install a new HVAC system in our home. After numerous problems with the initial install -water was detected in our guest bathroom closet. We were so unhappy with the quality of the work performed to that point in time we contacted outside contractors to identify the source of the leak. It was determined that the HVAC exhaust vent that penetrated the roof (as installed by Climate Control) was defective. Once the roof vent was repaired by a professional roofing company the leak was eliminated. We have had numerous meetings/discussions with Climate Control over this issue and they refuse to take any responsibility for their faulty work and the damage that it caused. We would not recommend this company to anyone and don't believe the 100% satisfaction guarantee as shown on their website. They do not stand behind their work. The whole process of dealing with this firm was a nightmare.

Call this company first! Everyone at CCHAC did a fabulous job. We had to install four residential units at my work place and everything was clearly explained from the beginning. When an issue popped up which they didn't expect, the crew stayed until it was fixed, pulling an eleven hour day. The workers were very polite, the price was fair and their work was professional.

Brandon Franz with Climate Control is a real professional with experience and training to back it up. He explained all my options with different. brands. I chose Daikin a 4 ton 17 SEER variable speed heat pump,air controller, thermostat all with a 12 year parts and labor warranty. Got a $500 rebate as well. The installation went well and I am enjoying the comfort with a day night program that I can monitor and operate from my IPhone..

I rate Climate Control 5 star. We had to reschedule several times but it was no problem and the service man completed his work promptly and efficiently. Since having the new system installed we have had several questions and these were handled promptly. When snow blocked access to our subdivision and we needed service the service man called and walked me through the solution when he could not get to our house.

Brandon F came out to check our heat pump that was not cooling. Super professional and nice. Discovered the problem quickly & offered an affordable solution. Excellent experience with this company. When my heat went out I had two different companies come to fix it. Both companies told me it was the same issue within minutes without even looking at the unit and refused to talk to my home warranty. When Climate Control came out to quote a new system they offered to look at the old units. They actually look at the unit and properly diagnosed it and then offered to call the home warranty without me asking. They installed the new units and I couldn't be happier. Everyone I worked with was extremely nice.

Brandon at Climate Control saved our HVAC from not working when here for a replacement estimate to give us some more time. He is also very thorough and follows back up with you without being pushy. The office staff also was exceptionally nice and patient with your needs. Even if we do not buy our replacement HVAC system from. Climate Control, I highly recommend them to anyone.
