Everything was top notch! They were able to get me an appointment right away, proactively communicated updates on when they’d arrive, clearly explained what the work entailed and the additional problems they found, and stuck around while we had to have the water company come out to locate the water meter shut off. Would definitely use GreenBox again.

We have had these guys out to do several plumbing jobs and they are THE BEST. Riley was our main technician each time and I can't say enough about how great he - and all of the employees we've worked with, have been. They come prepared, right on time and ready to work. They explain the process and how it will work as well as pricing and upkeep. We will be using them for all of our plumbing and hvac from here on out!!

Markus Kauffman serviced my HVAC system today and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, customer relation skills and efficiency in handling my semi-annual inspection. His experience in the industry is impressive and most importantly he took time to develop my trust in his work and experience which resulted in great respect for him and the company he works for! I highly recommend his service! Knowing a former HVAC owner, Mr. Barry Potter and the excellence with which he ran his company, and choose his employees, I see the torch being carried forward! If you are looking for trustworthy, serious and knowledgeable employees, this is the place you can depend on! Matt Barber, has been my home rep for years and I've always raved about his work, but today I was very happy with Markus and can honestly share that both men are experts in their business and most importantly trustworthy! The Maintenance Contract is worth the money and piece of mind, plus they respect my time and in an emergency, they move me to the top of the response list! What more can I ask for?

Another company told me it would be several days before someone could look at my furnace for me. I called GreenBox and my heat was completely fixed within a couple of hours. Matt showed up same day and he was very friendly and professional. He fixed my furnace (that I thought was gonna need to be replaced) and was done in less than an hour! I could not be happier with GreenBox and their dedication to excellent customer service. 5stars and would highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC work completed.

My experience was quite pleasant. I had another place come out for heat issues, they told me what was wrong and were supposed to get me quotes for a couple options, never heard from them again.

GreenBox answered the phone, their AI was not bad, a tad slow to respond, but did well. A person called me back shortly after I left the info.

They showed up when they were supposed to, were very professional. Looked at my system, told me the other place was wrong and had it fixed in no time. Had him replace my drain line and put in a new thermostat that automatically controls heat/ac.

Markus is awesome and did a great job.

Very pleased with service, but confused with billing. The repairman gave me an invoice, and I immediately sent a check to the address listed. I then received another invoice in the mail for a lower amount than the check I mailed. I should now have credit but have not heard anything from GreenBox about a
discrepancy.

Exavier was our tech for another electrical need today and did an awesome job. It’s so obvious that he wants to ensure customer satisfaction with the electrical work he provides. I will definitely be calling GreenBox for any future electrical needs I may have and will also request Exavier Salazar and Ted Kiser (who came out the first time a few days ago). I appreciate professionals who are easy to work with and want to ensure the customer is pleased with their work.

Side Note: I had never heard of GreenBox until Matthew with Kentucky Barns gave me Ted’s name to get electricity connected to our new Kentucky Barns buildings. Ted was the one who wired both of our buildings. I’m so glad I followed up with Ted and waited for our harsh winter to be over so he and Exavier could do what we needed.

This company is reliable. We had a down power during the snowstorm. We didn’t have electricity for 3 days during the weekend. Most of the company we called were closed. Luckily my friend found their number through the internet . Their office was open during the weekend and answered our call. They send an electrician the earliest possible. We were satisfied with their service. I highly recommend GreenBox Heating, Cooling and plumbing.

Unlike so many of the other HVAC companies here in town, that have sold out to these big out of state corporations and inflated their prices to above and beyond reasonable. My first time using this company: I had recent flood damage to a furnace in rental property I own. Beginning with the owner (David Boggs), the scheduler (Sherrie) and the technicians (Efren and Andy) i found these are among nicest, most competent and professional folks I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The scope of repairs and charges were very reasonable, and saved me hundreds of dollars. I could not give a higher recommendation!!!

Lexington Electrical and HVAC are extremely knowledgeable and professional men. We just had two units put in our new built home. One dual fuel, one heat pump and both have worked extremely proficient. The installers came in, installed everything, run metal duct (per our request) and after a couple trips to finish we had a system we love. It's one of the few companies that is locally owned and operated.

Lex Electrical and HVAC installed 2 new air conditioning units when we remodeled our house several years ago. We recently had an issue with our upstairs unit and after speaking with Sherri in the office, a technician was at our house the next day. After the necessary part was located, Efren did an excellent job and was very professional, taking care and making sure it was done the correct way. I highly recommend them.

The great people of Lexington Electrical and HVAC continue to take service to the next level. Called at 4:30 on a Saturday when my daughter’s furnace went out. They were there within 30 minutes & solved the issue! Always professional, honest and friendly. I rarely give 5 stars but they deserve it.

David and Chris are great people to work with on residential and commercial projects. They have taken care of both for me and the team is always prompt and courteous. I have had Lexington Electric & HVAC perform several full installs from whole house generators to HVAC including hybrid heat pump units. They have performed their work with excellent quality.
