My sister recommended Moore HVAC and they had the best quote out of all the HVAC companies. They are very professional and got the job done in no time at all. 10/10 would recommend!

Had to get my AC running and i didnt know who to call. So i called Moore hvac solutions. Because it was short notice, i didnt expect to get an appointment so quickly and on a holiday. But they were nice and very helpful. Austin is the technician that worked on my unit and he was great. Plus he didnt try to take advantage of me. Loved the work, he was quick and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone that's looking for quality service. Thanks again.

We needed an air handler and heat pump replaced that were 17 years old. We also needed another return constructed and some duct repair and sealing. Matt, Austin, and Justin came out first thing in the morning, and knocked it out of the park. Their professional courtesy and craftsmanship are second to none. I would definitely recommend Moore HVAC Solutions to anyone!

I hired Moore HVAC to install a large bypass humidifier onto my furnace. They also installed a new thermostat and set everything up to run so that I don’t have to do anything all winter. It auto adjusts the humidity with the outside air temps.

The best part of the experience was that they were able to do everything without disrupting my wife working from home and kids doing in home schooling.

I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The technicians arrived at our home on time, introduced themselves and I explained to them what was going on with our air conditioner. They ran a couple of test and then told us what they believed the issue was. The technicians resolved the issue quickly and the cost was reasonable. We will definitely be calling again if we have any issues with our air conditioner or furnace. I couldn't be more happy with Moore!!!! We had FIVE different companies come out and provide us with their thoughts, recommendations and estimates. It was clear MOORE was the company to go with. They went above and beyond to take care of our needs. Our home consists of 2 heating units and 2 AC units. After 20yrs, we decided it was time to replace ALL 4 UNITS & thermostat. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were ready to work. They were VERY accommodating and addressed all of our needs. I COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE than I did with MOORE HVAC Solutions!!

As a female ,often feel uneasy about dealing with any service repairs. Sometimes feel like men get the truer picture of what is necessary or needed. I did not feel that way at all with Moore HVAC. Service was great! Put my mind at ease, talked me through options with no pressure . Price was so much more reasonable than a previous quote from another company. I will definitely use them in the future and would refer them to anyone.

I have used Moore HVAC both in the middle of summer during and emergency and now to replace our AC system leading into summer. Needed some HVAC work done and they fit me in the same day. The previous company I had service my unit didn't even come close to the quality I received from Moore. I just would like to say that they are very professional and very knowledgeable very helpful. We had electrical issues couple of months ago we go to turn our air conditioner on and two days ago and realize that air conditioner was not working, Austin came out took a look realized unbeknownst to us that our wires were crossed in our breaker panel. So Austin was able to inform us on our next step I’m taking care of the problem. We had our electrician come out got our breaker box fixed and our air conditioner is running perfectly. Matt Moore is very professional he had a cancellation yesterday and sent Austin out right away. I would highly recommend Moore Hvac to anyone who is having issues with their air conditioning duct system thermostat issues heating issues. A true blessing so thank you again Matt and Austin for your services!!!!!!!

Our property management company took 2 weeks to get back to us about fixing our heating. Turns out, they had contacted 2 different vendors who had accepted the job and just failed to ever show. Finally, they contacted Moore HVAC, and they sent someone out the very same day. They do quality work and are dependable. Austin in particular helped us to identify the issue with our heating and actually fixed our AC twice last summer! We made sure to get a business card so we can support this business when we become homeowners!

They promptly responded to our call when our furnace went out. After determining the problem and explaining our options, we decided to replace the unit (13 years old) rather than repairing it. The work was done efficiently in less than the time estimated. Moore's replaced our air conditioner two years ago and did a great job. We have been very pleased with Moore's service and would highly recommend them.

Moore HVAC came highly recommended from a family member who had a unit replaced last summer. Matt himself took my call, and knowing our A/C wasn’t functioning going into a hot weekend, got us on the schedule for first thing the following morning. I give Moore HVAC Solutions the highest recommendation because they are honest, reliable, and offer excellent service. They installed a new HVAC system in our home in December that has performed far better than our previous system. The previous system was too large for our home, and they realized this immediately and installed the correct size system for us. They have returned to check our system several times and made any necessary adjustments free of charge. The level of service that we have received has been excellent and Matt and Austin are true gentleman. We have had numerous bad experiences with other companies who have taken advantage of us. You won’t have to be concerned about this with Moore HVAC Solutions. They are honest, fair, and offer very reasonable pricing. In my opinion they are the best!

I cannot recommend Matt and his team highly enough. We waited a couple of years to make this investment after our furnace was mandatorily shut off due to carbon monoxide emissions because we didn’t have the budget to replace it. For that reason, there was a lot of anticipation with this job and we talked to two other contractors for weeks before contacting Matt. He completed the work at the same price point within one week of receiving our call—unreal! The quality of his customer service and communication surpassed any experience we had prior. I’m not sure how he runs such an efficient operation while texting back and forth and keeping us perfectly in the loop all the way on the west coast (we currently manage our home remotely as a rental). Could not be more satisfied with any company than I have been with Moore HVAC Solutions, LLC. Secured numerous quotations from the larger more well know companies on my initial 5 and 3.5 ton unit requirements, and the results were generally the same. All were "substantially" higher than Moore (25-50% range). Moore recommends the highest quality products, provides exemplary customer service, capped off with the gold standard level of technical knowledge. Punctual, and exceptional follow through, high level of integrity from start to finish. Think it's too good to be true?? Think again. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for in life," although infrequently, from time to time you get a whole lot Moore!

Matt was awesome! Did exactly what he said they would do in the time frame given. He replaced both interior and exterior units in record time in my opinion. Communication from the beginning was perfect. They left our house as clean as it was when they arrived even tho it was pouring rain that day. If you’re on the fence about using Moore HVAC to do anything, jump on over that fence and hire them. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Matt!

The team member that was sent out to fix my furnace system handled the job swiftly. We had a noise coming from loose ductwork and they located it and repaired it within 30 minutes. 10/10 will call them back for my HVAC needs.
