I contacted Cecil's Heat & Air for a second opinion regarding a issue with my heat pump.Note: The heat pump was making a hissing noise during the high heat this fall. My heat pump was previously inspected by a well known company in Lexington that you see commercials on the television which quoted me a $2500.00 estimate to repair my heat pump. Cecil's service employee came to my home and inspected my heat pump.He diagnosed my heat pump to be working correctly and felt the previous heating and air company may have not diagnosed my heat pump correctly. Thank you Cecil's for saving me well over $2000.00.

We have not had good experiences with other HVAC providers, so we looked for referrals from friends and came to Cecil's when we needed to replace our a/c systems. They are outstanding! Jase Wyatt was great in quickly getting our quote together and discussing it with us. They replaced our three a/c units in just two days. They arrived on the job as scheduled, emailed and called with reminders, kept us informed as the job progressed, were always professional, and have made us very satisfied customers who will return for any HVAC needs we have in the future. We wish we had found them years ago and can't recommend them highly enough! Try them and you'll like them!

Honest company with the customer in mind! Our house was serviced by Adam who was very professional and knowledgeable about our 15 year old AC unit and everything we needed to know about repairing it. He informed me of the refrigerant changes coming up and saved us from being slammed with a $5,000 replacement without having time to plan! We greatly appreciate Adam and the entire team and will be exclusively using them for our home from now on! Highly recommend!

A company of integrity with honest and fair business practices. Prior to having Cecil's out to evaluate and service my ac unit at home, I had dealt with 3 different companies and not a one of them solved the problem. A friend of mine recommended Cecil's Heating & Air, so with nothing to lose my husband called them. They arrived early for appointment, evaluated our situation, found out what was wrong and within less than a week the work was done and now we have air conditioning that truly cools! Due to this experience I feel confident in highly recommending!

From the secretary who made my appointment to the two gentlemen that came to service our HVAC, Cecil's Heating & Air was a joy to work with. Not only were the technicians on time and knowledgeable, but they also were patient with my many questions about our new system. And as a first-time home owner, I had a lot! I'm quite pleased the service I've received from Cecil's plumbing. I had a leak spring on an upstairs bathtub and they were there within the hour to fix it. I also recently updated a bathroom and they installed the vanity and fixtures promptly and professionally. They are easy to work with, competent (Josh is a Master Plumber and it shows), and reasonably priced. Highly recommended

I am so glad to have discovered Cecil's Heating & Air. Just had my furnace checked for winter. The technician was thorough, polite, and gave me a lot of helpful tips. The company also installed two new toilets for me last spring, and their plumber was also careful, considerate, and knowledgeable. I have an older sometimes quirky Chevy Chase home, and it needs technicians who know what they are doing!

Cecil’s is great. A local company that cares about the individual homeowner. I use them for plumbing and HVAC. The best service in Lexington. I’d highly recommend you use them.

True professionals that show up right on time and get the job done right the first time. Their associate Charlie M is a master of his craft and a true gentleman. Highly recommend!

June 27th, Michael Williams from Cecil's heating and air came to my house to repair or replace my air conditioner. He determined that the compressor was working, but the blower motor was not turning at the proper speed. The blower motor was extremely hot to touch and was drawing way too much current. Mr. Williams diagnosed a bad bearing in the blower motor. He ordered a new motor and went to pick it up from a parts distribution. Brought it back and attached mounting brackets to reinstall it back into the system. It would not go. They had given him the wrong motor. The parts distribution brought the proper motor to my house. Mr. Williams had to disassemble all the motor mounting brackets from the incorrect motor and put them on the second motor. It worked fine and I had cooling again. Instead of just saying you need a new air conditioner he researched the problem and fixed the root cause saving me a lot of money. He did an excellent job and if I have another heating or cooling problem, I would like for Mr. Williams to be my technician.

On June 21st 2022, Josh James came to assess installing a faucet at the back of the house.
He set up an appt for June 27th and installed the faucet...Yay!!

He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. (He's a Master Plumber)

At all times he kept in communication...texting before he came to the house. (Cecil's also sends a text with a map so you can follow on the map when he's on the way) Love that!

I definitely would recommend Cecil's for any plumbing jobs...I know I will be calling the next time I have plumbing that needs to be done.

Cecil's sent us Andy and Woody (that's right), what a Godsend. Due to their diligence and determination, they were able to get my A/C back up and running within an hour for a couple of hundred dollars when a "big, commercial" company wanted me to pay them up to $13,000 to simply replace everything. As a recently retired person, this would have set me far back. Thank you for Cecil's and for Andy and Woody.
