I called Cecil's and said my 25+ yr old HVAC was out and my wife was nine months pregnant, in the heat of August. They replaced both of my residential units, one in a crawlspace, in one day. Incredibly professional and conscientious crew. They showed up at 6am with two trucks and five guys. One came back the next day for free to make an adjustment. Could not recommend more.

The technician was very efficient, professional, and patient with my multitude of questions. He fixed the AC and explained to me very clearly what the issues were and even showed me the pictures from the filthy evaporator coil. I will definitely do business with this company again!

I had seasonal maintenance on my A/C unit and the technician made me aware of an issue with the defrost board that could've caused further damage. We were able to replace it while it was still under manufacturer warranty with no problems. The office staff was very helpful with scheduling and the technician was professional and informative

I recently needed someone to check out my air conditioning unit. Cecil's sent a young man that was very professional, told me exactly like he was doing, and then above and beyond and changed out my filters, checked my unit in my crawl space and was just an all around nice guy. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer for many years and they always provide good service in probably 15 service calls over the years. Only once was there a problem and in that case they did not follow up or return my calls where I asked them to help me with re-insulating my attic where the drain pipe from our upstairs heat had leaked (it was not glued adequately.) I think it was a fluke. We just had them install a brand new heating system for our house and it went without a hitch and on quote. I recommend them!

Josh was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and provided quick service. Josh removed old gas pipes and replaced pipes to our stove, furnace, and new gas dryer. He also cleaned up, after making our requested repairs. We would definitely suggest Josh and Cecil's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
