Matt Tibbetts was our technician & was amazing. He was on time, very respectful, & kept me in the loop of what all was going on with my system. I was not home when he finished so he went in and made sure my windows were shut in the main areas of my home so it would be cooled down by time I returned home. He even had to help with my dog that got loose. lol I’d recommend him and GreenBox to any of my friends and family!!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank GreenBox for the great customer service I recently received. When I called for help, not only did they return my call that day, they also sent Scott to my house that very day. He helped us navigate getting a new HVAC system in a VERY timely manner. To all of the HVAC companies that didn't even bother to return my call, you obviously don't put a priority on customer service and it shows! The service technicians, Vance and Axel were polite and very knowledgeable. They were very prompt and did not leave until everything was working flawlessly. The new system works great and I couldn't be more pleased. I can't say enough great things about GreenBox and all the helpful and knowledgeable people who work there. Please use GreenBox for your HVAC needs. They are the best.

Andrew Wiseman from GreenBox Home Services was professional and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC and found the capacitor was bad. He replaced it on the spot, and our system is running perfectly now. Great service—highly recommend!

All the technicians are friendly, cooperative and over all, Awesome!! He did install a new light with the cassing in my Air Scrubber and it was $300.

Setting up a service visit for my AC was easy and very quick- a technician was at my house within 48 hrs. Our AC quit working, this afternoon, and Green Box came out the same day to fix it! Matt was very professional, got the repair done quickly, and cleaned everything up. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

During our annual Green Box plumbing inspection it was brought to our attention that our tankless water heater needed to to flushed yearly for a better water flow and efficient use of the heater so we set up an appointment ( called and actually was able to have it done the next day, had a window between 12-5 and he showed up around 2, 15 minutes after he called to let us know he was on his way ) and had it done, the nice thing is the gentleman who performed the inspection came back to do the flush ( Nic Quillen ), he was informative and explained everything he did and why, he was friendly and respectful

We had a great experience with GreenBox Home Services! In the middle of a brutal heat wave, our AC system stopped working properly and we were scrambling. While we couldn’t get someone out immediately, GreenBox scheduled us for the very next day—which was a huge relief. Matt came out and did a fantastic job. He quickly assessed the issue, explained that the system just needed to be flushed out, and answered all of our questions with confidence and clarity. The communication was smooth from start to finish, and since the service, the unit has been working perfectly. We’re so thankful for the prompt, reliable service and will absolutely be using GreenBox again in the future!
