We were given air tech to repair our furnace through our 210 home warranty. Over a month later with multiple visits to our house and the original issue still wasn’t fixed by them. The older man who came to our house was rude and had a bad attitude. When asked if he could still hear the horrendous sound the furnace was still making he said “what sound?” Are you kidding me? He took the new part with him that needed to be replaced and said the furnace was “fine”.
After at least 5 visits to our house they left our furnace still broken and said there’s nothing they can do. The older man who came to our house multiple times was rude, uncommunicative and never even told us his name.
This place is a joke. I do not recommend using this company if you can avoid it.
