We bought a new house recently and had not used the 2 gas fire places yet due to not knowing anything about them. They came out today pulled everything out, cleaned everything set it all back up and showed us exactly how it works. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Bonus, he was extremely patient with our 4 year old who asked a million questions during the entire process.

Based upon the favorable reviews, I contacted All Aspects Chimney Service to come and inspect the fireplace on a property that I am in the process of purchasing. Because time was of the essence within the due diligence period, Taylor was very gracious and agreed to squeeze me into his schedule. We discussed the property, I told him my concerns and let him know that the house was very tall and on a hill. My realtor and I showed up over an hour before the time Taylor was scheduled to arrive so that we could discuss some other business. We waited nearly 1/2 an hour after the inspection time before Taylor's office called. "Taylor just called. He just left your house. He was on the back deck, put up his ladder and said the house was too tall. There is no way he can reach the roof." I explained that my realtor and I had been at the house for over an hour-- he never showed up. We were sitting in the kitchen which overlooks the back deck. The lady told me that Taylor would call me right back to discuss further. Still haven't heard back. Wasted my time, and also put me in a bind with my due diligence period. Majorly disappointed.

We purchased a condo and had no idea what condition the firebox or flue were in. I contacted several sweeps and decided on All Aspects. Taylor arrived a bit early and got straight to work. He not only cleaned and inspected the unit, he educated us on the components of our firebox and the chimney. My husband and I were so impressed with his work ethic.
