The first time I called the office i was treated like a long time customer. The office employee was empathetic and kind. She scheduled me as soon as I could be home. When the service tech came he was prompt, polite, and efficient. I was so thankful to have my AC restored and will definitely call them again!

The company as a whole was easy to work with going between our insurance company, us, and themselves, they sent us a reasonable quote in a timely manor and came to install the new units in a very reasonable time frame. Bernie Hartung and Associates is the best! I've used them for many years to service my old HVAC system. I needed to replace my 21 + year old system and worked with three other local companies on estimates. Mike Hartung patiently answered all my questions, dealt with my concerns and never tried to upsell or insist on anything unnecessary, unlike his competitors. I ended up receiving a reasonable price for the unit and new duct work. Larry and Zack and the rest of the crew were punctual, congenial, conscientious and very professional. Upon installation, the new system is already making a difference in the comfort level inside my home. I'm a very pleased customer. No buyer's regrets here!

Casey went above and beyond. He completed annual service on my 2 heating units. He also checked the furnace humidifier and the filters on my crawl space humidifier, which needed replacement.

Kacey showed up one day after the call. He quickly diagnosed the clog in the the water pipe of my AC unit and fixed it. The unit is running at full efficiency.

This morning Casey came by to inspect the A/C unit. Casey was very curious and friendly. He arrived on time and promptly informed me of possible issues with the AC system. The filter was replaced and Casey needed to add a couple of pounds of refrigerant. He checked leaks in the system and didn’t detect any. Casey assured me that all would be ok. He said next spring he would double check for any leaks. In all he was here for about 20 minutes.

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. A member from Bernie Hartung and Assoc. showed up the same day we called. An very reasonable estimate was given and accepted. A crew of 3 came back to install new unit in a couple of days. Work was performed with efficiency, courtesy, and expertise. New system was thoroughly explained to us (including new thermostat) in simple terms we could remember. They cleaned up everything before leaving.
