Our unit had technical issues. I called a few places this place is honestly the most reliable. Service tech was out in 30 minutes. They were very professional and clean from talking to Dispatch to coming to your house. I would definitely sign up for the yearly service.

Peter came over on Monday and assessed my problem with the heat pump. After parts were ordered and arrived he quickly installed them. Great Service by both the office and the technician.

I can't give Watson Heating & Air enough stars! We had them out twice while we lived in Richmond and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and get us back up and running. Their pricing is very fair, the technicians are kind and professional, and they get the job done efficiently.

Called a few days ago and the guy seemed real nice and offered a good quote. We were told that he would be over the next morning to work on the ac unit. Well, the next day after not seeing or hearing from him I tried calling and left a message. It has now been 3 days, still have not seen him, heard from him, or anything! Defiantly go with someone else. Someone who will actually return your call or even better yet, show up!

Employees were very professional and courteous. System works very well. Only complaint we have is we feel we were mislead on how the filter system was going to work. We were told one thing and ended up with another that we weren't happy with. Will be very costly if we want to correct this problem to make it right. We got the exact same filter system as our old one that never worked after spending a lot of money and specifically stated that we did not want the same kind. Some of this is due to design of the house but we were lead to believe they could give us a better filter system.

My call was handled promptly and professionally. They have a great system that verifies your appointment by text or email. This is followed by another text when the service tech is in route to your home. The message even includes a picture so you will know who to expect at your door. The service person had our system up and running quickly and was very informative.

We were concerned about indoor air quality, especially with dust building up. The technician cleaned the system thoroughly and replaced filters where needed. The air feels noticeably fresher now.
