I had a great experience with Watson. They’re extremely efficient and very kind. I had my AC back quickly. They installed a brand new unit and they’ll be who I call for any future HVAC repairs!

They switched out my old AC unit and replaced with heat and air conditioning. I called to schedule an appointment for estimate to install my units and the next morning they were there. They were very prompt to the arrival time they gave and finished the job ( cleanup and all) in less time than projected. The equipment was tested before leaving. Technicians were friendly and professional. I recommend them if you are in the market for AC work.

Repairman came out and handled everything quickly and professionally. He answered all my questions, checked for the warranty to save me money, and was perfectly clear on the pricing. Watson will be my first choice for HVAC issues in the future.

Great and efficient service. Contacted them on a Saturday and a technician arrived within two hours and quickly repaired the issue. Technician Miles was polite, professional and thorough. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I highly recommend Watson Heating and Air! After an early morning call the technician was here within 2 hours. Dustin was courteous and informative. Customer serice was superurb! They informed me who would be coming, the approximate time he would be here and then when he was minutes away. A huge thank you to Alisha who kept me informed. Love this service!

I highly Watson Heating and Cooling. I received a response in a timely manner after requesting information from their website. They were able to get a technician (Dustin) to come out the very next day. Dustin quickly found the problem and got me a quote together. He was able to get everything he needed to install a new system the very next day. Knowing I had a decent drive to get to my father's home, he called with plenty of advance notice so I could get there on time. Everyone I spoke to were professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable that I selected the right company for the job.

Zack was very professional and courteous. Gave me the upfront price for the service. This is the third time I've used Watson's Heating & Air. They have always done an outstanding job.

I called the morning our heat went out and had a technician there by that afternoon. He was polite, knowledgeable and not only fixed our problem, he also corrected issues from original install. Price was surprisingly lower than expected for the work performed. With service like this we will never call anyone else. We have piece of mind that when needed someone will come and do the right thing, not just try to sell you something.

Had a need for Watson's Service in a weekend and they was available the day needed. Called them and they got back to me in a short amount of time. The repairman fixed what he could in the furnace and ordered a part that was also needed on Monday. A repairman came back when the part came in and installed it. He checked and made sure the furnace was operating correctly before leaving. They are in my opinion a very professional and knowledgeable group of people. This is the second time we have used their service in the last 5 years. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed.

I was a customer, paid them quite a bit of money. AC worked about a week and same issue began again. On return visit they said we needed a whole new unit. Didn’t hear from them for weeks after. Another company replaced the unit.

The night of the snow/ice storm 1-5-25 our downstairs heating unit went out. We contacted Watsons Heating and Air to see if anyone could make it out in the snowy conditions. They advised Pete Bastian would come by to look and hopefully repair the problem. Pete was very nice and was able to diagnose the issue and get us up and running.

These guys were very fast and efficient. Turned our job around less than 24 hours from the intiial call, on a total HVAC replacement. Left my place nicer than they found it too! Great experience and highly recommend!

Called them at 9:00 am on Thursday, Had Their Technician there by 2:00 pm. Had new unit installed next day!!!! Super nice hard working crew. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Watson heating and air! I called with concerns with my furnace and temps were about to drop, they came out the next day and replaced my furnace and got heat back in my house. They were professional and super friendly and took great care of us! Will be using them for all my future hvac needs. A huge thank you to Alisha who took my call and made sure I had an appointment before the cold came and also to Tyler who showed up bright and early the next morning and got a team together to get us taken care of!

Watson has been very easy to work with and has phenomenal customer service. Tyler, Jordan and Keith have all been so helpful as have all the guys and girls at their business!

Watson Heating & Air just installed a new HVAC in my home. Bryce & Zack were awesome. Very nice professional and got the job done quick with no complaints. Tyler Peters was the one that came out and did our estimate. He was knowledgeable and quick to respond any questions I had.

Highly recommend!!! I'm a new home owner and my air conditioner stopped working. I found Watson Heating and Air on the unit . I called them and they said my unit was under warranty. It was put in in 2022.They sent someone out within 30min. They put me on the next days full schedule and fixed my unit free of charge. They stated that they stand by their work and they did. What a relief. They exceeded my expectations. Unbelievable service . Thank you for fixing my unit and standing by your work!!!

The technician, Tyler, was sent shortly after I called about my air conditioner not working properly. I was able to track his progress on the way to my house. He was professional and courteous while determining the problem. He was able to quickly determine the problem and fixed it very promptly. I would highly recommend this company.
