We called because our house wasn’t cooling like it should. They fit us in the same day and cleaned our coils. Very professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They even did before and after photos and showed me in person as well. Very impressed with this company and their customer service.

Daniel was very thorough in checking our units. He ensured everything was running smoothly and check both points for ice buildup. He advised us to keep emergency heat on during the super low temperatures.

Quick response when asked. Gabe me a quote. Was out the following week to install my whole house air cleaner even during the ice storm. Showed up on time, installation took less than 1.4 hours, and left no traces they had been there. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Joseph at Joseph’s Heating and Air is the best! Over the winter my heat went out on one of the coldest days. I tried getting someone to come and check my unit and no one would come without appointment over following days. I called Joseph’s Heating and Air and he came to my rescue that same day! Came home from work on a Friday and had an issue with our heat. Called Ernie Joseph with Joseph’s Heating and Air just to try and get on his schedule. He took my information and showed up within an hour. Tracked down the issue and resolved it quickly. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend!

Thought only small issues with my furnace, but to find out due to power surges... was in best interest to install new unit. From diagnosis to our house warming again with a new furnace about 5 hours. 1st class operation from top to bottom, would recommend Ernie and Joseph's Heating for any HVAC needs.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Ernie and David. I had been having problems with my dryer not getting hot enough and had gone through several different repairmen in order to get the issue resolved. When Ernie and David came out, they said I needed to have my dryer vent re-routed and they came up with a great solution. My dryer works perfectly now! I will definitely use them again. They are very honest and have reasonable prices.

My AC stopped working about 9 pm the night before July 4th holiday. I called Joseph's Heating and Air and he responded immediately. Came out to the house and diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes. Parts place wasn't open that late, but Ernie had what he needed in his truck to get the unit going again. A day later he got the part he needed to replace. Came back to my house and fixed the unit and it's been working great ever since. I will definitely be using Joseph's Heating and Air again and I highly recommend giving these guys a call.

We had a problem with our Air unit during one of the coldest days of winter. Joseph's came out and helped us super quick! No one else was willing to come out for a service call as it was a weekend day.
He was able to diagnose and solve the issue and was extremely reasonably priced.
He also shared stories about his dog, showing what a great animal lover he is too.
We absolutely will use him again if the need arises and recommend everyone to give him a call.

Sent a message on Sunday evening requesting service on my AC unit that wasn’t blowing cold air. The owner responded with in 10 minutes and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The employee was very knowledgeable and professional. Best experience I have had with a HVAC company. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Received same day service which this time of year was very much appreciated. Ernie, the owner was responsive, super professional and informative without price gouging like many other hvac companies do. He filled my unit with refrigerant and replaced my thermostat due to malfunction. I highly recommend this company and will refer people his way. I definitely support local small businesses being one myself.

My family and I were coming home from vacation and we found out our home was 80 degrees. We have a young son and needed our ac to work. I called Joseph’s and all of their techs were busy. This was on a Saturday. The owner himself drove to our home to get us patched up and the ac working until he could get the part in to replace it. He was back to our home on Monday and replaced the part and checked over the unit to make sure it was good to go. I highly recommend Joseph’s and will call them for any needs in the future.
