I had the whole team come out and replace my dead heating unit on the coldest day of the year. The inside of my house was getting close to freezing temps and I hear guys arrived early and did a great job. They had to basically melt all the snow off my old system just to get it removed outside. Very clean, the explained everything clearly. Adam called ahead to ask about best places to park so the team would be courteous of the property. He care careful not to track snow across the hardwood floor’s when working inside the house. They were very respectful of my home, me, my time. And they performed the task perfectly. These guys left my home feeling warm while we battled the snow storm. Granted, I hope I never need to call them again, when I need hvac help, they will be the first call.

Called and Jeremy was here within one hour. From the first phone call to his service we were so pleased. He addressed the issue quickly and repaired it in no time. The rate was very fair and we will recommend this company to our friends and family. Thank you Jeremy!

I can’t say enough great things about Morgan’s Heat & Air! I’ve worked with them multiple times now, from installing a new system to handling service calls, and they’ve never let me down. Today, we woke up to a freezing house at 50 degrees. Despite the weather, Morgan’s had someone at my house within five hours!

They gave us a window of 2-4 PM, showed up promptly at 2, and had the heat back on in under 20 minutes. Jeremy, the technician, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and so easy to talk to. Bonus points for being a fellow dog lover, which made the experience even better!

Ok, finally a company who sends a regular, hardworking, honest person to hands-on fix something. They fixed my AC, arrived on time, did not recommend anything I didn’t need, and told me that they stand behind their work, so if something didn’t go as planned after they left, they’d come back and fix it. Very quick to come out. They had me scheduled within two hours of calling and the tech, Daniel Jones, arrived earlier than scheduled. He found the issue and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. With a large group of guests coming to the house tomorrow, we really appreciate the response and repair so quick.
