They went the extra mile to make sure that the installation looked well and worked well. They did an outstanding job. Pug, the service manager, stopped by at the end of the day to see how things were progressing. I'm very satisfied with their work and customer service.

Jones Heating and Cooling is THE BEST! I’ve been a customer for a few years now and it’s such a relief to have a reliable and trustworthy AC service! When I called to renew our annual maintenance plan, I was disappointed to find out that our regular tech was no longer available. Nicki was so helpful and caring listening to my concerns and assuring me that my new tech would deliver the same great service. And she did not disappoint! - Marshall came today and he was excellent! Knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and patiently explained things to me! Really appreciate the excellent customer service!!!

We had our A/C unit replaced and have used Jones.for years for repairs. Laine and Connor came to install our new system. They did a fantastic job. They were prompt and courteous. Last weekend we discovered that our downstairs AC unit had a MAJOR refrigerant leak in the basement. So we decided it was best to get a whole new downstairs system considering the age of all the components! Jones was able to set us up with the new system so that we could be COOL in our downstairs once again!! Josh and Dustin arrived early This Morning and worked ALL MORNING to make sure we had a COOL Downstairs once again (They worked Very Fast Today! They had all the Old Equipment out - and all the New Equipment together and working in around 4 hours!) I still don't know HOW they did it but they DID!! So we thank Josh and Dustin for all of their HARD WORK and INGENUITY in getting our new system running - and helping us on such a Hot Day!

We also would like to mention that our upstairs AC Unit had the same problem almost exactly one year ago! And Jones replaced it in the same manner then! We thank them ALL So Much!!
